Not only is the service trash, apparently they can't afford janitorial services and this fact right here should be escalated.WHY THE HELL is the only ATM in service splattered with blood? Are you guys completely disconnected from common sense? Not only is it disturbing but HIGHLY unsanitary.Living in San Bernardino doesn't make us less valuable as customers.Quit cutting corners and do your job.CLEAN AND FIX THE ATM'S!!!YOU ALREADY HAVE OUR MONEY.

As far as banks go it was fine. The air conditioning was on and felt good. Not too busy when we were there. ATMs inside were 50% working. We hardly ever use the outside ATMs anymore. The security guy is nice. Pretty friendly staff

worst bank location since washington mutual was in business. they have 3 atms in front and not a single one works. the left has no power. the middle has a broken touch screen and my card got stuck for 10 mins. and the one on the right doesn't accept cash or check deposit. this is normal here unfortunately. the only good thing is if you go when they are open you are greeted by a friendly face and given the privilege of waiting 1/2 an hour to do anything wi ur own $! horrible business model.

I went to this branch after leaving the Boulder branch that wouldn't help me. They helped me right away with opening a new account. I highly recommend this branch if you need personal service. They are the best!!!

Not bad...just not the best Chase. The tellers could be a little faster, in my opinion.

I opened this account specifically to hold funds I would be receiving from a settlement. I received my check from Jacoby and Meyers and deposited it. At the time of depositing my check I thought it would be a great day to take off to a casino. So I asked the teller how much of the check would be available. She said at least $200.00, but the funds would be available in 2 days. After running the check through she then told me that they would only release $100.00. I told her that was fine and asked again when the funds would be released. She said definitely in 2 days and it says so on the receipt she was going to give me. Today, I found out that an additional hold was placed on my check. When I was asked why, they said the check look different... I asked them to verify the check, that's when I was directed to call their verification department. I demanded for the branch manager. The teller brought back a lady who essentially said everything her teller was trained to say. When I told her I expected more since she was a manager. She then said she was not the manager, the manager was out for a couple of days, and she was the acting supervisor (that says a lot about the training being given to their employees). Essentially there was nothing she could do. I asked for either the check to be returned and my account closed or to have the check verified paid out and the account closed. I ended up walking out 45 minutes later with no useful assistance. I then called their customer service department who transferred me to their verification department. When the guy answered the line he said the word fraud when announcing his department. When I told him I wanted him to verify this check. He spent about 15 minutes Telling me some banks will verify checks and some banks actually have on their automated services that they don't verify checks. He discussed how the bank that issued this check is on their list for a high return check rate. With the increase in check fraud, I am sure all banks have a high check return rate. But not all banks are telling each of their clients, since we experience a high return check rate from that bank we have to put not one hold but 2 holds on your check before we make the funds available to you. After allowing him all the time he needed to tell me the reasons/excuses of why he wasn't going to be able to help me. At that point I was tired of excuses. I told him I didn't want to here the reason why he wouldn't verify the check or why it needed to be verified. I wanted him to do his job and verify the check. What is the point of his department? Fraud, Check Verification, it doesn't matter verify the check. I'm not telling you to take my word for it, didn't even promise a pinky swear. I asked you to call a financial institution using a phone number you should have on file somewhere to verify checks. It was during my response he tried to talk. Quite frankly, if I allow you time to speak and listen to everything you told me regardless of how mundane and repetitive it is to me, I expect the same amount of consideration. He essentially told me he was not going to help me and transferred me to his supervisor. This conversation was a pure delight. I was told something completely different. Apparently it is not a high check return rate with the bank that issued the check. Jacoby and Meyers a highly recognized law firm is writing checks not supported by their bank account or my check is fraudulent, As the conversation proceeded he stated my check was not like the other checks they received from Jacoby and Meyers. My check was different. Up until this point everyone said the funds would be made available only when the actual funds are transferred into their bank on the 3rd of June. This Supervisor in their Fraud department told me the check would not be going through. Meanwhile I have to access to these funds, involved Jacoby and Meyers. I will be closing this account.
