This building has a Miller Sheets mosaic.Miller Sheets was born in Pomona and around the mid-20th century was commissioned to build the Home Savings bank branches throughout SoCal. He included large-scale building-mounted mosaics that depict local history and heritage at each of the branches.There are still over 100+ of these public facing mosaics throughout SoCal. Here in the I.E. you can still find them in San Bernardino, Riverside, Redlands, Rialto, and Hemet.This one in San Bernardino at the corner of Highland and Arrowhead Ave was built in 1973 and is notable for having the large mosaic on the front, mosaic figures on the back, mosaic medallions all around, sculpture on the front corner, painted mural and stainless glass inside.

Improperly trained and rude staff!!! Very cumbersome just to get a simple withdrawal!! Last time I give them my business. Switching banks asap!!

Wow so I went to change currency and they lost my ID have no clue how but they did and for a bank wow.. Not even a let me check the cameras of lets fix this.all they did was look at me like I had it but instead of causing a scene for there incompetence I just gave them my number to call if they care to look for it..no jail for me but what a shame to be a bank and loose something like an ID..next step close my accounts this crazy.

Chase customer services is getting worse a family member tried to open a checking account and she was told that she has to make an appointment, really just to open a checking account! Also, when trying to make the appointment, she was told that they were book. What kind of customer service are providing to the public.

Update your hours got here at 2:01 and security didn't let me inside because they close at 2 .. online it says open until 4:00! This place sucks customer service sucks as well !!!

I take my mom here a lot for her banking needs.This location It's the best.Their parking lot sucks big time and people who utilize it parked and drive like a bunch of idiots.The inside lines are crazy packed at anytime.So if you use Chase Bank you might want to use another location.I usually take my mom to the one on Blouder Ave in Highland It's parking lot is huge and they are never that packed compared to this one.
