This location needs to hire more employees the cashiers are slow and they have a couple rude workers I’ve been a customer with Chase Bank for 3 years.

Almost approximately 4 or 5 months ago I went to make a deposit at their ATMs and it was not reflected in my account at the time, it was a deposit of $330 dollars, perhaps for many it is not a lot of money... the fact is that they were replenishing my money since I made the report that I made the deposit and they replaced it every time I returned to complain. The fact is that according to them I never made that deposit and they considered the case closed and never gave me my money back. It's bad that according to them we put our money in one place. Sure and that's not the case... and the worst of all is that you can't sue, that's something very impotent, you can't do anything.

Chase bank has offered great service an most of tellers are awsome at there job .line to tellers can get long sometimes but tellers sure are fast ♡Place inside is always clean an feels great with A/c on..The door entrance on the middle does not work for weelchair bound disable people you must pull two doors apart to enter an can be a hassel.Coffee an water is usually served but since pandemic there has not been any . Parking spaces have a very strog urine scent because of homeless on the area .

Crappy and poor quality service. A lot of the bankers there just like to talk Smack about people and make faces at the customers. A lot of the workers there smoke marijuana and hate dealing with customers will not recommend this branch at all. Poor Management sucks they pretend like they care about peoples problems but they really don't a lot of pretenders. Do not bank at this branch awful place.

Avoid this bank in general! I think I'm going to have take this matter to court. Worse customer service, drove from San Jose California 3 weeks ago just to brin my friend that has move, for identity check that the bank required. Some rude lady told us, "there's nothing we can do since they closed the account and the remaining balance will be mail to me" Ok it's been 3 weeks waiting for my money! I went to a branch near my house to find out that there is no money on the way. Really!!!!?????

Branch was closed Wed 4/21/22. Sign on the door just said closed, without giving any details. I assume that means until further notice, or maybe for good.Other nearby branches are Arrowhead and Highland in SB, or the one located in the Stater Bros center on the other side of the I-10 in Colton.Suggest to call first to confirm info.

Although we had a slow start....my appointment was at 4 and we were seen at 4:20....anyway...Martin helped us out. He takes he's time he was very thorough in answering all our questions and since we are a bilingual couple NO PROBLEM for Martin....GRACIAS.

My first impression was that the people working here obviously didn’t care about their clients/customers. I was waiting for over 20 minutes while the manager talked and laughed with an employee. After that, however, I was taken care of with undivided attention. They were very nice, just not in the least bit efficient. If you have the time, come here; but if not, try a different branch.
