I had my car detailed by them and it was extremely dirty and had years of built up spills and dog hairs. They made my car look and smell new again. The customer service was great and all my questions were answered. Will definitely be coming back to them.

Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. I set up an appointment and when I came it was closed. We called and messaged to see if our appointment was still on and no response, so we waited as we arrived 30 mins prior around 4:30pm at 5:00 they finally reach out saying “call me” so we did they said they got rear ended on the way over and that they would arrive in about 40 mins, we even went to get something to eat to give them time, we came back exactly 40 mins later and it was still closed. We let them know we have arrived and to at least let us know if they were going to make it. They have not responded. It is now 6:27pm and no updates, no response, it has honestly been a waste of my time to come especially since I drove from so far. They are super unprofessional!! Don’t waste your time people!

Took my son to look at cars & stopped at another dealer that didn't advertise the cars were salvaged. Found CARlifornia on Yelp & boy are we so happy we did! I told Chris our budget and he happily helped us. He even gave us money to give the car a fresh wash. My son is happy with his car & I'm happy with the price! Thank you Chris for taking the extra time you did with us!

Let me start by introducing myself, my name is John, I live 6000 miles away from California on a small island of Guam. I was looking for that special mid-life crisis car on Guam, but the Ford dealership had sold the car from under my feet, I was waiting for the bank approval. It was unscrupulous of them to do so!So I decided to take my search online with AUTO-TRADER and see what I could come up with, I found a better top of the line Shelby, the GT350R with CARlifornia Auto Wholesale (CAW) I texted Mark and the rest is history. He was very pleasant and accommodating, this was a long process, getting the loan approval, cutting the check sent out for the down payment, sending the documents back and forth from Guam and California.Mark had made the scary process of buying a car online sight unseen a very pleasant one. I was thankful I found Mark and CAW.I would highly recommend CAW to anyone who needs a vehicle online or otherwise. Mark is an honest and sincere person, it was a pleasure working with him to make my Automotive dreams come true!

The experience for purchasing a vehicle at CARlifornia was pleasant and went extremely smooth. Mark and Chris were the gentlemen assisting me with the purchase of the car. Both were honest and very open to answering any of my questions regarding the vehicle or paperwork while not pressuring me to do anything I didn't feel comfortable with. They gave me time to make decisions at my own pace and allowed requests I had, for instance, I asked if my mechanic could inspect the vehicle and they gladly agreed. They were confident that their vehicle had no issues and let the mechanic take his time without interfering. The mechanic found the car had brake pads that were a little worn for the front which was a very MINOR problem. The car overall was great and had no issues which helped me trust them more. Mark and Chris were very patient and happily offered to change the brake pads out without any hassle. I would definitely recommend people to come here as they make the process as easy as possible. I left with my new vehicle overjoyed and hope that other people can experience purchasing a vehicle the way i did, leaving the office with no negative feelings and no regrets. Thank you Mark and Chris !

I have my experiences with car dealerships and how they act and everything especially when a profit comes into play but this place made me feel like a number one customer and Chris and mark are great and straight forward and shows you the breakdown unlike anyone else and was one of my best experience to buy a car if I need another car I have somewhere to go now !!

Wow. What an awesome car buying experience. Mark was quick to respond when I sent interest through CarGurus, and we set up an appointment an hour later. Mark was very friendly and helpful, giving us lots of information about the car and making our process very easy. They are an honest and helpful smaller dealership that does not try to over-profit from their customers. We got a great deal on a Nissan Rogue with low miles and are super happy with our purchase. I definitely recommend Carlifornia Auto Wholesale for great deals and great customer service!
