“I read and did my research of local banks in the area before I decided who I was going to choose for my banking purposes. As a veteran, I decided to choose Navy Federal credit Union. The process was fast and easy. I filled out an application online and received an email later on how I can submit documents to be verified. I could have uploaded it online or mailed it, but I am old-fashioned. I like to go in person. I made sure I brought all the documents, made sure the documents are recent and up to date to verify. I walked in and was greeted and let them know what I was there for. There was three people ahead of me. As I sat and waited in the lobby visual layout looks great, place looks clean and employees were professional interacting with other Members. I had the opportunity to have Brianna assist me. She was welcoming, professional, polite, verified my information and gave me my debit card on the spot. Explained the banking information and services and answered all my questions I had. Thank you Navy Federal credit Union!”
“Dolores in loan department is always a very pleasant officer to work with. I enjoy her professional attitude toward her customers. Thank you Dolores. I also would like the thank Madison for her professional advise on my loans with the credit union, she is very polite and listens to the customer without an argument, I had an issue with the Elmonte branch Mary to whom wanted to correct me as a customer it's not professional to not listen to a customer whom puts their money into the credit union. The new Costa Mesa branch has been the light of my life in the interest of the Customer since they opened that branch Thank you Costa Mesa for your extended courtesy and aide to my business matter and to my family.”

“Planning on transferring my account from another credit Union because of the service and a lady that works there that has gone above and beyond what I need it. She is a great asset to the organization. And I feel I would be more comfortable at this institution to handle Anything? “Chase bank has offered great service an most of tellers are awsome at there job .line to tellers can get long sometimes but tellers sure are fast ♡Place inside is always clean an feels great with A/c on..The door entrance on the middle does not work for weelchair bound disable people you must pull two doors apart to enter an can be a hassel.Coffee an water is usually served but since pandemic there has not been any . Parking spaces have a very strog urine scent because of homeless on the area .”
“I dropped in to this branch with all types of request including a request for a strap of $2 dollar bills. There were 2 tellers on duty. They were fast and friendly. One of them was named Maria and the other one was not. One of them was the best ever!!! They were both great.I love this branch. The parking lot was clean and free of people loitering. Even the security guard was pleasant and wished me a great day as I walked out. Thank you for being wonderful ?”
“Came in on Saturday morning asked to be seen by someone to discuss some issues with my account, I was told there was about an hour in half wait.. but if a guest didn't show up after 10 min I would be next well the next guest showed up and I was told the manger Maribel was gonna see if she can help due to her being limited access.. she called took care my issue help me understand what had happened to my account.. 10/10 recommend this chase bank. Thank Abraham and Maribel. Your kindness will continue to spread..”

“I beg to differ with those for whatever reasons had a or even some bad experiences in their dealings with B of A.I on the other hand remember on several occasions where people in different branches went beyond their obligations to me as a customer to help me simply because of the caring people they are.For instance I once had a bad reaction to a new medication and collapsed while waiting in a long banking line and not only did the branch manager run to my assistance; but also put me in his personal car and drove me home and stayed untill he finished talking to and fully recanting what had occurred while I was standing in line at his branch.His reactions were far above and beyond his duties and obligations and treated me with joy and concern when I returned to his branch another day.To me his actions were an act of kindness and concern for another human being but went far beyond his duties as branch manager and to this day I still thank and appreciate him and B of A for their great service over the years !”

“I would like to say after much difficult time with BofA representative on the phone, a visit in person at this branch quickly turned my experience around.I was greeted by Richard Chavez (credit solutions advisor) and he was able to quickly fix my issue in a matter of minutes.He listened to the problem, asked what my suggestions would be, and displayed his competence with professionalism, efficiency, and overall great customer service.Some of the customer “service” representatives could take a lesson from this guy. It’s okay to not have the answer to a problem, but it’s not okay to not be willing to FIND that answer.Take notes from this guy.Richard Chavez great service!!!”

There are two at the back side of the bank. Plenty of parking. There's one ATM at the front of the bank along the street Easy peasy. Got what I wanted and left.”

“Today I came into the branch and sat down with Maria , who helped me print out some deposit invoices. She was so sweet and professional. She knew exactly what she was doing. (I have came here the last two years to do the same thing and they literally had no idea what they were doing and it took forever) Maria had me out within 15 minutes! She was organized, she stapled my papers and she even gave me my choice of highlighter to use! She sent me home with all my stuff in a manila folder. The best customer service I've received at a Wells Fargo , at any location. You guys need to give her a big fat RAISE .”
