They never answer the phone for me. They never answer my emails. The la office told me they can’t help me contact them. Also they are one of the few donation places that help you pay your rent when it’s due. No one cared at all to help me and my family for months. Until I was able to lay it back myself.

The people here were very, very nice. The place itself could use a handyman's help, though. It would really help perk this place up for people to feel more hopeful.

Unfortunately they weren't able to help me at this time, but the woman I spoke with was so kind and informative and supportive. Anyone who offers kindness during stressful situations with others is amazing to me. A kind word does wonders for people struggling.

Why have a phone and phone tree if no one ever answers ? Secondly , why have the option for Spanish speakers and then proceed to provide instructions in English and not Spanish ?? Make it make sense.

I had a bad experience with getting help here after I was put in a hotel being homeless with my son. The front desk lady made an accusation that my son was left alone in the hotel room when he was not. When the front desk lady realized her accusation was false she kept it going with the catholic charity worker. They started speaking in Spanish which is disrespectful when I do not speak Spanish. The communication should’ve been kept in English like it was to begin with. The catholic charity worker ended my hotel stay EARLY putting me and my son on the street. I don’t support that. If you have the means to help then you HELP! Not pull opportunity under my feet over someone making the wrong judgment on the situation. God sees ALL and I know he will deal with the situation accordingly. That was an ugly gesture on both of your part!! You should be ashamed

Every time I’ve been here I’ve been greeted with a warm smile from Ms.Aracely or Ms. Beverly! Always willing to help, the food is been a blessing to the ones I work with, and very informational when coming to the resources. Thank you so much to the team there at catholic charities San Bernardino??

Words cannot express how truly blessed I feel to have been provided the assistance that I have been given through the Catholic Charities organization, San Bernardino. Upon the encouragement of my mother to attend orientation to see if I was qualified for utilities assistance, I attended a 3 hr. class led by Mrs. Raquel Welsh. Being disabled and working a part time business from home online I was unsure if I would even be eligible for any of the services provided. After the class ended, I provided my information to Araceli who forwarded my paperwork to be processed. The entire staff was extremely helpful and I was pleasantly surprised to hear of the amount of services offered through the Catholic Charities organization. Raquel did a phenomenal job explaining each and every offering in a thorough but very humorous way, keeping us all engaged throughout the lengthy class. I have to say that the information provided was better received with the way in which Mrs. Welsh conducted the orientation. Even though it was a lengthy class, the time went by fast. These have been very trying times for many families so, if you find yourself in need of utility, rental or food assistance please contact Catholic Charities. And, if you are blessed enough to have Raquel as your your class facilitator, you are double Blessed.

Friendly and nice but the donations need an upgrade for food pantry as a Catholic I think that the Catholics need to donate more and give things with the homeless in mind
