Great store for all occasions, great helper

Fairly wide selection, no pun intended haha. People who work there are quite diligent in assisting you. I would have given 5 stars however, I ordered a shirt from a sale they had and was told it would be arrive a week later. I dont live down in city in San Bernardino so going there casually is not convenient. My mom went to pick up my shirt for me as she was down in the city and they told her it was sent back and the transaction credited back to my card. They couldve just given her the price i paid on a separate shirt instead of her having to buy 2 more shirts and full price. Scandelous... its a month later and the credit hasnt hit the account. I call and they tell me the shirt has just arrived. I tell them just to keep the shirt make sure my account is credited. I probably will shop there again but definitely will not order anything.

Shopping at this store is always a good experience! I always look and find what I need, for my 2 "great" loves! I found complete outfits for my wedding for my future husband and my son with Syndrome down? the person who attended to us, gave us a warm welcome and treated us very kindly, he took stockings for them to wear the right thing, he took the time necessary to give them the right thing and they will be satisfied with their purchase. Thank you MARY for your help and kindness, you are the best??!!! This store has 2 very efficient and very helpful workers and they make you feel comfortable in the store. GOD BLESS THIS PLACE.

Unfortunately, I did not get my sales reps name; however, she was great! This was my second visit to this particular store, and all the staff, both male and female have been outstanding in their customer care service. I would’ve given five stars, but I wish the prices of your items were more competitive. Please keep up the great work!

Casual Male XL in San Bernardino is on of my favorite stores to shop for clothes. The staff is super attentive, possess great knowledge about product line which is very helpful to make decisions about what you are trying to achieve. The store is always super clean and well organized and equipped. And if they don't have your size they will order online and ship your items to your home free of shipping fees.

I want to shout out a big Thank you to this store and a special Thank You to Gabriel, a top notch helpful employee who helped me and my significant other. He was patient and kind towards Us and made us feel comfortable in looking for what we needed. And he was able to show us exactly what we were looking for, he took the time to help us (so important when shopping) i wish all stores had such good attentively caring employees as Gabriel
