Been a long time customer with Carlos tire’s. 10 plus years, I’ve got to say that he has really great prices. He is what I like to call an honest man. He helps in every way possible with prices on getting ur car fixed. He will take the time in detail to go over exactly what’s wrong with ur car. He even lets u bring ur own parts and doesn’t get offended for that. He’ll even tell u if ur getting a great deal on a pat not coming from him. Robert is his mechanic on hand. Really great dude gets jobs done quicker than a lot of other mechanics. I definitely recommend this place to anybody that needs minor work done to major work done on their car. He got great prices on used tires as well. Even lets you pick them out. Carlos and Robert, thank you for being honest and true on your services.

Called to fix a leaking hose, easy and fast to do. They said to come in after 2, showed up at 3 pm, they made a huge fuss about it saying that It was gonna be complicated and said to show up tomorrow morning. I went today and everything was closed. So I saved myself some money and did the work myself. I'll be going to a better place like Pepboys or Goodyear, this is the 2nd time they told me to show up the next day, especially when they only had one car they were working on. I've been coming here since 2016, they fr just lost a customer, I recommend going to the mechanics across the donut shop near cardenas

My son brakes and rotors were bad. Went to another place and they wanted to charge two arms and a leg. So I called and spoke to Roberto. Roberto gave a quote over the phone. Took the car mid-day and it was done by 5:00!!!! So happy with the service I will be referring my friends and co-workers to them

Called at 1230pm to ask about an alignment. The guy who answered the phone said he could take me in after 2pm. I showed up at 2:08pm and was told all the alignment techs were gone. Im not upset about their work because i don't know, but Im disappointed in the fact that they couldn't keep their word for the appointment.

This neighborhood shop was my "go to" spot for reasonable and convenient repairs. No more. Why? They REFUSED to check their work that somehow tripped my airbag system maintenance indicator light on dash. This happened two blocks after leaving shop! Coincidence? Maybe? So I called dealer to see if it was a system maintenance alert and he said, "who worked on it last? The dealership? Not the dealership, take car back to them. I did and they denied doing anything to set off my airbag warning light. Please just humor me and put car on lift and take a look for me!! A simple request from a regular customer, at a time that there were no other customers waiting. No?! Really, no??!! Wow! So now dealer wants $500 to diagnose airbag system!! Thanks, friend!
