My favorite dispensary hands down!!!! Everyone is super friendly as well as knowledgeable about products. Such a great atmosphere, the workers feel like homies!!!

I decided to check out Captain Jack's because they had good prices on their website and promoted their empowering, inviting atmosphere. However, I was disappointed with the customer service I received and don't plan to return. Pro: -Better price on Claybourne than most other dispensaries nearby. Cons: -Their website mentioned a first time customer deal. When I arrived, I was told that the owners said the deal was off until 4/20. That's over a month away. -I waited in line on the green carpet between the gold ropes as instructed by the person at the front desk. When it was my turn I was told to wait in a different line for online orders only. It wasn't easily visible- a scuffed green sticker on the floor next to the green carpet. I couldn't believe the guy working there wouldn't just help me out. He immediately helped the next person from the online orders line...who hadn't been waiting as long as me. - They charged $0.50 for a Captain Jack's plastic bag for my purchase without letting me know beforehand. I left feeling a bit jerked around. Next time I'll pay a little more for good customer service.

It was my first time at Captain Jacks and their entire team was so kind and welcoming! I had the pleasure of being helped by Quincy , he was super knowledgeable, patient and kind. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you for your enthusiasm and charisma - this is how you keep your clientele!

This place was an experience. Completely different to many dispensaries I've been to, while they had a great selection the guy who helped me out made some actually decent suggestions. I've been to enough now to realize that some just push a product but this guy was knowledgeable.
