$421 mistake! Get a second opinion. These people do not give a crap about you, so you might as well go online and do the taxes yourself and have a computer treat you fairly. At least a computer cares about you more than this place. Did not even give me the WI-FI password just snatched the paper away before I could enter it. Also, did not go over my taxes me and cheated me even though I work Uber eats, and had expenses, and did not show me any numbers. Dismissive towards black people. He said I should take the standard miles essentially screwing me. He made up his mind that the black guy will owe money today, and the white guy sitting next to me gets refund. Do your taxes yourself online! If you came here for relief or any intelligent conversation about your tax situation you are sorely mistaken especially if you are black they will hammer and not tell you anything that will help you. They screw you hard and think nothing of it even making fun of you. I was a previous customer and they deleted all of my information did not know my name and asked me for my name and information. Phony Frank Wiesner I saw him a few times. I came here every time and got shitty attitude and weird guy. I owe taxes and pay $120 on top. Blacks pay more is their motto. My white buddy sitting right next to me got a healthy refund. I came for 2021 taxes in 2022 owe $300 have to pay them extra $120. Do not go here! I did Turbo Tax and got a refund when going digital. They even made a joke at me laughing at me, Is this better than Turbo Tax? Doing it on purpose waiting for me to make a scene like Will Smith. Do not go here if you are black or if you value your money!

Been going to marcy at California tax service for over 10 years and recommend you ask for her...she even played and let my 5 year old terrerise her office lol thanks marcy your the best...see you next year..cody

meh...didn't feel like I got the best deductions for the money I spent. this company has me owing $150 more in federal taxes than turbo tax does. no mention of possible extra write offs or little ins- and- outs that CPA's know about that the regular laymen doesn't know. only benefit was that I didn't have to mail them in myself. ill just do it online next year. Update: this dude is an idiot. I got a letter 3 weeks ago saying he did my return incorrectly now I owe more money.

The best place for your tax preparation. Everyone there has worked there for 15+ years and know their stuff. They have saved me so much money over the years. I won't try anywhere else. I have sent tons of my friends there and they have sent their friends. Alan Herren started the company in 1966 and it has grown and prospered. You will be so happy you went there.

I have been using Shelly Cisneros for a long time to do my taxes and she has been great in getting them done timely and answering any questions I have. I have gone from a simple form 1040 to having to itemize various items and she has done a great job in making sure I get the right deductions.
