The service here is fantastic. They actually care if you are happy and they have quality shoes. She sized both of my feet and even though she was going to order the shoes I wanted, she actually found shoes in the same brand so I could try the fit before she ordered. I’m very happy with the experience and the shoes here.

It took forever to get my shoes.. Maybe a month but I have them now and they're pretty nice. I just have to wear them.

It had been a long time since I had ordered shoes from Brill's because my insurance forced me to use a different provided which I hated, but this time I was able to return, and it is under new ownership. When I used to go to the store, it was so hard to find a diabetic shoe that looked like it was NOT a diabetic shoe, and definitely not very feminine. This last time I went, there were so many beautiful shoe styles, that were so pretty and feminine, it was hard to choose one.The owner herself took my measurements, and was so nice and helpful, and complimented me on my nice pedicure. Unfortunately Blue Shield denied my claim, because they were not in my Network" You bet I gave them a piece of my mind, why they did not include such a great diabetic shoe store in their network! I do recommend them, I hope your network has them an approved provider for you.

This is my first time using their services. Staff were very friendly helpful and I did purchase two pairs of shoes. I would highly recommend to anyone that appreciates good service and is in need of shoes.

I worked here for over 10 years, simply the most rewarding job. After I moved to NorCal my plantar fasciitis became a major problem, Barry set me up in Ecco shoes and Birkenstock arch supports, problem solved. After mail ordering for years I need to get in for other styles. If they can't fit your feet, no one can.
