Adeel the owner of this store is such a great human being. He has so much patience with his customers. Since I got my new phone I stop by pretty often to ask questions about it and to explain the new features. He's in the right business for sure because he's definitely a people person. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUSNESS! THIS SERVICE PROVIDED HAS DRUG ME THRU THE DIRT THE LAST 2 WEEKS!!! All Boost people care about is RIPPING YOU OFF!! A week and a half ago my phone just stopped working, I guess they upgraded their Network or something. Bottom line is, my phone stopped working through no fault of my own. I took it to the Boost store, the lady acted like she did everything she could said she put a new SIM card and it still had the problem and she never seen that problem before could not fix it. After not having my phone for one whole week I had to go buy a new phone for $180. I had no choice I could not be without my phone another minute I had a new job on the line I'm moving my house everything is going on at one time and I could not be without my phone. After paying $180 here we are a couple days later now my phone says I have no data. I called boost to talk to them about my frustrations and see if they would be willing to fix my data issue or compensate me for the nightmare I've been going through the last week and a half. Once I told the lady on the phone I wanted to speak to her supervisor she just went silent and didn't say another word until I hung up a few minutes later. This is absolutely f****** ridiculous. Like so many other Boost customers, I received email messages about the 5G upgrades. I was with Virgin Mobile-turned Boost Mobile since 2008. Since I was having to upgrade my phone, I decided to look into another carrier to compare phones and plans. At first, Verizon looked comparable. So I stopped by their store. That visit was a complete disaster. Bait and switch tactics at their worst. You can read that review under Verizon/Victra, Olson Dr., Rancho Cordova. Still on edge from the Verizon stop, but also still needing a new phone; I drove to the Boost Mobile store at 10401 Folsom Blvd. What a difference. Small, homey little shop where the employees were delightful, professional and pleasant. They had the phone I wanted and we had a little fun during the activation process. Thank you Selina - you're a gem.

My favorite little bodega. My Grand daughter calls it the "pink store.," There's a small grocery store inside, a boost mobile store, and a small store with every knick knack one would possibly need. They alsohave a friendly security guard dressed like a wild west cop! There's goats as well

i happened to have the misfortune of my phone being stolen. i went to the closest outlet possible to report the theft. this obnoxious bimbo who claimed to be named carla, who refused to give me her last name was supposed to handle my problem. the thing was that my pin was stored on the phone that was stolen. she was taking her sweet time and then i noticed she was making a personal call instead of assisting me. when i asked to use a phone to call 911 she refused. i got irate things escalated she threatened to call the police i left. eventually, i was able to report the incident to corporate, as well as get a new pin after multiple calls, frustration and over ten wasted hours this morning, when i called the same store to speak with the manager i got the same hispanic lazy b**** on the phone, that i was forced to deal with yesterday. she claimed to be the manager. well, i intend to fo in there, to speak to the actual manager look at google maps to are what happens next i'll tell you what, they've made an enemy out of a customer who pays his bills on time. these people suck, from the corporate mental midget all of the way on down the line the only bright spot, was the guy who sold my the replacement phone on second street in el cajon, who i can tell twas honestly sincere when he apologized for what i had been through. i don't recommend boost mobile, unless you appreciate runariubds and absolutely crappy service!!! stay tuned. i'll be continuing this on google maps, later today... they are terrible.

Boost Mobile call center and customer service is in the Phillipines! So no customer service! Just stupid answers that don't make sense. Don't use Boost Mobile.

Just signed up for a family plan with Juana. She was able to answer all of our questions and I'm so much happier with the service here at Boost already compared to my previous experience with Metro. Juana helped us get the best deal and we ended up with 2 more new phones than we originally planned on getting just because the specials were so great. Also for buying and activating 4 phones and switching the numbers from another carrier, its crazy that we were done with everything in under an hour. Will recommend the Dixon Boost store to everyone!
