11/23/23 PLEASE READ BOFORE COMING IN TO PURCHASE PHONE ⚠️ADVISED⚠️I Came in to upgrade my boost phone the model I wanted was not available so the worker there named Ruby showed me a phone they did have in stocks she mentioned it was a better phone then the one I wanted and at a lowered price ($79.99 from $200) so I said ok I'll take it it came out at the store total $144.and change, 2min. Later exactly my wife showed me THE SAME PHONE ONLINE FOR $19.99 we asked to return it and purchase it onlinewas told we can do it but I will charge a$25 restock fee$35 activation feeAnd keep the $25 taxes charged on phone (I believe that's illegal how do you keep California taxes on something I am returning ) so $85 dollars she keeps for a 2min. Transaction "THIEVES"SHOP ONLINE ITS CHEAPER ACTUAL PRICES ARE THERE TO VIEW AND YOU SKIP THE $35 ACTIVATION FEE THEY CHARGE AT STORE THE WORKERS HERE ALSO MAKE MONEY TO SELL YOU PHONES SO THERE NOT LOOKING OUT FOR YOUR BEST INTERESTThere are other boost stores with better employees near by avoid this one or Ruby
