: 5 Star Service! Can't thank Andres and his crew enough for coming through on this window replacement for my Gma! During her final weeks with us she asked me to help her replace a few old windows in the house. I told her I'd get it done (without knowing how). Then I called BJ's Glass & Mirror and Andres helped me get sorted. His team worked fast and made everything effortless for me. BJ's beat competitors in: - response time - window pricing - customer service My Gma was so stoked! Today is her birthday and that's why I'm leaving this review in her memory. Thank you BJ's Glass & Mirror for helping me make her last wishes come true!

We took our bottom window frame to BJ's Glass on Baseline in San Bernardino to get new glass and glazing done. We got it back and paid $70 for it. On the way home the glass moved enough so we could tell that they didn't use ANY Glazing pins to hold the glass in place. Also, they just used bathroom caulking instead of window glazers compound. WTF I had to take it all out and start over. They said we could bring it back and they would redo it. Incompetence of that level does not get a second try! I have used BJ's for years, about a year ago I called them to replace a window on the 2nd floor, they came without a ladder. That should have the last time I called them. Never again.

I was a bit nervous because of the reviews I've read but I can tell you I am completely satisfied with the work BJs Glass and Mirror did for me. I needed a glass shower enclosure. They measured, ordered and installed it. The representative they sent was very detailed. Very meticulous. He took his time measuring and calculating to ensure the enclosure was installed perfectly. He had an electrical outlet to avoid and did a great job. He also was careful to clean up after himself. And on top of all that, I thought the price for both the enclosure and the installation was reasonable. Bob.

BJ's Glass was open on a Saturday and able to replace a broken window within 1 hour. Their price was extremely reasonable and their staff was friendly and answered the phone the first time I called. I am happy to have found a this company for any future needs!

Scheduled an appointment with them. They said in a hour someone will come. What they did was send subcontractor who shows up 2 hours later and did a low quality job. They did not use any adhesive just used silicone on the top of the lass Pictures of cracked trim, screwdriver dents and silicone bead on the glass are incoming.

Used them to redo my kids and guest bathrooms. Great work overall, straight forward and very responsive. Made sure all my needs were met. I ordered specific hardware and they followed through making sure I was aware the timeline. Advised on best fitment for my bathrooms. Never once trie to up sell me on anything. I will be using them again for my next 2 bathrooms. Thank you for the great work!

I called they gave me a quote over the phone, it was a good price for what I wanted. Went to the store placed my order. Was charged was I was quoted and they had my order done in two days. Profesional and will use them again for Any glass or mirror needs.Update: We had to order another glass shelf (my error). Ordered it Monday morning had it the next morning. They are my go to for glass or mirrors.

Extremely unprofessional.. they was suppose to come to repair my apartment window on Saturday between 930-1030 no one showed up and no call was given. I had to call them back they gave me a new time frame 1130-1 again no one showed up. Here it is Monday I call them again in I get no apology no urgency just another time frame 3-4. No real company email to file a complaint just a made up yahoo account this place is a joke take your money else where. Believe previous reviews

Zero Star, they cut the glass shorter than how supposed to be & filled the empty gap with silicon, & the worst story is i keep text the owner over than 10 times to come & check his guys work & im still waiting, never again very bad costumer service & job quality.

Horrible customer service, poor workmanship and poor quality installations. The tech that came out to my triplex was unprofessional and inexperienced. It took four visits to correct some 17 window screens and correctly install one window glazing. Office staff ignored my calls after making multiple complains about the tech that completed my work. It took 4 weeks to get this 4-8 hour project completed. The Owner (Armando) of the company had to personally make a site visit to my property.The worst thing about this project is, I live 1/2 a mile away from this business location and it took weeks to get completed. Want poor quality, poor customer service and inexperienced techs then shop at Bjs Glass & Mirror.-Ivan Garcia
