I took my VW car in for a water pump leak. I drove my car into the shop. They said they could fix the problem. Took it on a Tuesday. Went back to pick it up on Thursday because they said it would be done. I got there and they were waiting for Ether spray to start it when it came they tried to start it it wouldn't start at first but when it did it sounded horrible. My car was back firing and shaking very bad. The employee working on my car said he needed it another day. I had my grandson and son come down to check it out. And they were not satisfied with what they had done so far. On the next day Friday an employee called me 5 minutes before closing and said " I can't fix your car come and get it. I said it was able to start and I drove it onto the shop and now it's not running and you want me to get it. I ask him if I took it to another shop and they fixed their mistake would Beck's pay for it" he said NO. He parked my car in their parking lot and left the keys in the tail pipe. I had to way to get my car and had no place to tow it for repairs. I'm filling an incident report with the police and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I took my car to them after being referred my a shop that had worked on my cars and trucks before. But they don't work on VW's. I recommend you don't take your vehicle to Beck's. Very unprofessional. Not the way to run a business. My rating of 1 star is too high for this Beck's Autotire on Camino Real in San Bernardino.

Only place I will take my car. The are friendly and honest. The guys are so helpful and I never have to wait long for service.
