Awesome service and communicated very well. Kept me up to date on what was happening with my car and saved me from having to replace a bunch of stuff the dealership said I needed. Went from a quoted 1500 bill to under 400. Also very nice

To start off they had a very big job regarding repairing my car, so it took a little longer than expected. Nonetheless, they did an amazing job in restoring it and making it look great. Brian Jr Bates is an honest and well humbled guy, appreciate it his work and honesty. It's very hard to come by shops and people you can trust around the SB area. Thanks again guys!

I went here to help a friend look over his vehicle that was repaired here and wow. All I can say is if you take your vehicle here you better really check it out when they are finished. It was missing bolts that secured the fender, misaligned fog lights, and the door hit the door jam when trying to close the door. They did end up making it right after numerous times of taking the vehicle back.

Bates did a fantastic job replacing my bumper and the impact bar. The owner originally quoted me and was kind during the entire process. I went back about 6 months later and his son helped me. Provided phenomenal customer service and my car looks brand new. I waited to review just in case (lol) but my car looks great. They did a fantastic job.

Was rear ended last month and my mechanic recommended these guys for some body work. They went above and beyond my expectations. Not only were repairs done before scheduled date but my truck came back to me with best detailing job ever. Also, my passenger side mirror was broken and fell off while they had it and without hesitation they replaced it at no cost! All of this done with excellent customer service and enthusiasm.

Brian Bates Jr. Did nothing but lie about completion dates and kept my truck and boat 3weeks longer than expected and then he painted gelcoat on bottom of my boat without lifting the boat and just painted around the trailer bunks and boat supports so now there is a a trailer outlined on bottom of my boat, instead of fixing it the shop just said no and said they would refund my money which never happened. Boat now has more damage then it went in for.
