If I could leave 0 stars I would. Service is terrible just to speak to the teller it takes an hour. They need to hire more people or staff more per shift. I despise coming to just THIS Bofa.

Bank use to be good, the guy manager now is pretty rude always giving my workers a hard time to cash there check. He also called the teller b#*#* that he’s in charge. Going to start banking somewhere else

Worse bank ever slow lines are long service is sad. Hour wait. Staff is one of the lowest living people ever.

Came here for the first time to open a new account. Made an appointment and had zero issues. Mr. Hector G. assisted me today and he provided the best and most professional customer service. He answered all my questions and it was an extremely smooth and relatively quick process.

Great workers, bad banking. Had nothing but bad experiences. Went in saying I was so upset that I was thinking about closing everything. I get checked in and wait. After about 40 Minutes of waiting, not only had I not been helped, but I got to watch (3) groups of people without appointments get served before me. I'm done. Time to make good on my word and shut it down...ALL of them!

I’ve had good experience with some of the reps and tellers here… but why are you always closing down ? I drive over and the doors are locked.

Bank here long long time. Tellers are great and missed them after the fire. Never had any problems but miss Security Pacific bank that B/A bought out years ago.

I don't know what is going on but I went to 4 BofA banks and they all had a long long line into the bank. I don't know if it's because too many customers or not enough employees. But this is bad business service. I also went to Chase bank and there was no line what so ever. Going to close my account at BofA. Can't wait in line for 40 minutes to do business.
