I don’t understand why people can’t just do their job with a smell on their face I get the area is bad but the energy shouldn’t be negative. I receive really bad service here Samuel G, claiming he was the manager didn’t just give me really bad service. he also threatened to throw me outin front of my customer so I decided to quietly remove myself from the situation and wait for my customer to hand me my deposit worst place go elsewhere. People shouldn’t have to be doing these things and I shouldn’t have to be feeling this way.

Two out of 5 ready tellers were in operable. The lines were 15 people deep. No one made the ready tellers operable while I was in line, over 20 minutes.

This place Iwas bad then it is now even worse all there employees lazy and slow..I guess an apple doesn’t fall far from a tree the manager is even worse lol…this bank and their employees and customer service is the worse I’ve ever experienced anywere …any excuse for them not to open or to work they took the covid deal to a different level employees and managers always off this place is a a joke ..from Bank of America ….it is now the bank of clowns …????????????

This rip off back only gets one star but it should get zero stars. I went to cash a check my neighbor wrote me for half a fence we split costs on for our homes and B of A charged me $8 to cash the check. They are the biggest rip off in America. To charge someone to cash a check that their clients wrote on their acct is crazy. I would never or have I ever done business with Bank of America for this very reason. They said the reason was because I didn't have an acct with them. And I let them know this is the reason I don't. Because they are rip offs and theive. Fuck Bank of America.

I would like to say after much difficult time with BofA representative on the phone, a visit in person at this branch quickly turned my experience around.I was greeted by Richard Chavez (credit solutions advisor) and he was able to quickly fix my issue in a matter of minutes.He listened to the problem, asked what my suggestions would be, and displayed his competence with professionalism, efficiency, and overall great customer service.Some of the customer “service” representatives could take a lesson from this guy. It’s okay to not have the answer to a problem, but it’s not okay to not be willing to FIND that answer.Take notes from this guy.Richard Chavez great service!!!
