Pulled check engine light code and their "fix it" told them to sell me the wrong part. Come to find out the part I really needed they don't make or have access to. Beware of what they tell you. The fix it finder just needs some fine tuning. This particular model everything is built-in on the throttle body so whole body needs to be replaced. The staff did their best going off of what their fix it told them.

Jackie was the absolute best! There was a transactional nightmare that involved two other Autozones. Jackie was able to identify and resolve the nightmare, reimbursed my funds. All while maintaining her customer face on. She just gained a new customer.

I went to pick up a warranty exchange that I got from another Autozone store and the manager Jackie she was being really rude to like if I was a little kid That’s not good customer service the fact I used to be a Autozone and you are trying to deal with customers which I believe I was not rude at anyway and you are always Trying to deal with customers that is not professional customer service I no longer want to associate with Autozone due to the fact the store on 40th and the one in Kendall I do not want to deal with Autozone at all no more

If I could put 0 stars I would. I found this location closest to my home and was happy because I needed a specific part for my car and Oreilys didn't have it. I visited this location and was interested in buying a scanner as well as other parts needed. I came across Jacky and attempted to explain what I was looking for and she completely ignored me and when she did answer she was rude without even checking for the parts and scanner, continued to walk away and ignore me and said I'm busy. She did not appear to be busy with anything except for being on her phone scrolling. Just wow!
