It is one of the most comfortable why it is places I ever stayed at it's will located there's plenty of places to go shop for food and closing mostly anything you need the price is reasonable but most of all it's really relaxingRooms: Rooms are big spacious well kept up and very cleanSafety: One the safest place I ever stayed at very relaxing and comfortable nothing to worry about I'm very pleased with itWalkability: Walking ability is very great restaurants are down the street supermarkets around the corner if you enjoy walking in the evening time that's it's worth it if you're going to drive it's only a 5 minute drive from everything well located there's even clothing stores within minutes away it's like everything all in one food supermarket Clothing stores.Food & drinks: As for food and drinks you got a variety of locations in and out Burgers Panda Express AMPM gas station Shell gas station a variety of Mexican restaurants nearby can't go wrong when you got that many different places to choose from

Only things I think could have been better were if the room had another set of towels and the vending machine wasnt working which kinda bummed me out but all in all great stay otherwise.Rooms: Clean and relatively comfortable. Close to fast food restaurants and shopping centers.

I stayed here for the Beyond Wonderland festival (Friday - Sunday). The rooms were $400+ a night, granted most hotels over charge for big events.. however, they emailed us a couple days before our stay, that several amenities (housekeeping, breakfast, etc) wouldn't be provided due to COVID. I mentioned to the manager that if they are going to remove the amenities, they should discount the room prices as well, since the amenities were suppose to be included in the cost. He got verbally aggressive and started yelling and stating it's COVID related. He said he'd pay us each $5.00 for breakfast, clearly missing my point. This is the first time I try to discuss an issue and someone speaks to me in that inappropriate manner.. Also, the room smelled terribly of cigarettes, the room was still very dirty, and the manager came to our room and told us to not leave the window open due to high crime..! I wish I read these reviews before my stay because they all make sense after my horrible experience.. Needless to say, I will not stay here again!

It is the 2nd time that I went and this last time I paid a deposit and a room with a card and they never refunded my deposit. When I handed over the key, the man told me that they did not ask for a deposit and the woman who attended me told me that the deposit would be made 100 dlls automatic, I never received them.

It deserves 1 star, but nobody pays attention to those reviews. First, the reception is behind bullet proof glass. Second, the clerk told me he was going to "keep my driver's license" until I checked out the next morning. Like hell he was. Third, the TV didn't work. Fourth, no sheets on the bed - gross. Worst depressing location right out of GTA 5. They should demolish this decrepit excuse for lodging.
