I've been doing my taxes there every since she opened the highland office that been doing my Texas, my wife taxes and my three daughter taxes so if you want your taxes done right and at a very fair price go there. Do not go to this place as they do not know how to file your taxes correctly they ended up costing me 3000 dollar mistake that I ended paying back I had to find a real tax person to fix there mistakes ok I warned you

Did my taxes here a year ago and now owe money to the irs. I pay money for them to represent me and they refused to help me. I called them many times to straighten out this issue and they wouldn't help me. Ignored all my calls until this year when they messaged me asking when I wanted to make an appointment to do this years taxes !!!!!! Never would recommend this place! Now I owe 3000 dollars to the irs.

I have to say that this has probably been one of the best experiences ever doing my taxes. After leaving messages with my previous tax person multiple times with no response, I decided to give American Tax Empire a call and they were able to set up an appointment the same day. Mel is amazing to work with. The process was quick and easy. I will definitely be returning next year.

Been thru so many different tax places in the past and I trust Melody the most. She knows her stuff. I was stressed about having my taxes done since January 1st because I've made mistakes in the past. Let me tell you, I left her office feeling empowered that my tax situation will work out. She's helping me with my back tax installment agreement which is a huge help for me. And when I get some money saved up, she's going to help me do an offer in compromise. I've been squeezed my the IRS for a long time, Melody is showing me there's a finish line.
