I contacted All-Star KIA in San Bernardino looking to purchase a car. I was put in touch with Armando Sandoval and ended up having one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I was looking for a very specific 2024 car they had on the lot which they only had 1 of. I was able to work with Armando and let me tell you he really worked hard back and forth between the dealership and myself to get the deal I was looking for. The dealership had the ability for me to fill out the application online, Armando had me text him a picture of the CDL, vehicle registration and insurance so he could complete almost all paperwork prior to my arrival. Upon my arrival it was as simple as a quick test drive and straight to finance to sign paperwork as the application and all other paperwork was already completed. The dealership and Armando were completely up front and honest on the agreement that we agreed upon all via texting, no surprise costs once I arrived. If you are looking for a new Kia hit this dealership up and ask for Armando Sandoval.

Working with All Star Kia was such an easy and enjoyable process. Jeremy helped me out and got me the exact car that I wanted at an amazing price! Communication was outstanding and I felt like I knew what was going on in the process at all times. I would absolutely recommend All Star Kia. Thank you Jeremy!

They called me to come for 2 things of recalls in my car. I dropped my car after then in a couple hours they said car is done and ready to be picked up. When I picked up they said the parts are not available. Why did they make appointment if they didn't have the parts? Why don't they check before they make appointment? They said they will call when the parts are arrived. The next couple days they call me for appointment because they said the part are arrived. Knowing them how sloppy they are now knowing or not knowing what they have now I asked if they have both parts they said not yet? Why don't they make sure all parts available before calling people? Very poor quality service of this Kia dealer. I won't recommend anyone to go here.

I had a 11:00 Appointment for a oil change that took 5 hours, the service manager tells me he is sorry they are backed up. My thought is why did I even make a appointment if the service was going to take this long. Bottom line is this, I will not recommend ANYONE to get service here. I will take my business elsewhere. Unhappy and hungry. Invoice # 1035720 Customer # 113079

After carefully getting to the bottom of my situation I can repost this review. We bought a brand new 2024 Kia here at this dealership. Our Kia broke down so we had it towed here to Kia San Bernardino. They diagnosed it. We had it picked up and transferred to the Kia dealership that serviced it last and serviced it wrong so they can fix it. Why I am writing this review for this Kia of San Bernardino. Just to tell everyone how bad their service department is and how either dishonest they are or how bad of experience their employees have fixing cars because the diagnosis they gave me for my Kia was completely wrong and could have cost me thousands of dollars had I not had it taken back to the dealership who had the fault. The employees here in the service department are idiots.

Before I went to Allstar make a phone call with them. The sals person were very nice to help me looking for what vehicle I wanted. Talk honestly with me.And gave me Military Discount for service people. I’m appreciate! Everything we talked clearly, then I bring my family members to Allstar Kia. Drove about 60mins away to there. Meet Moe and Joe, they were waiting for us at outside and my dream car was parking there too. Moe helps us introduce 2024 Carnival LXS information. Then we go inside make paperworks. Everything is prepared and very simple. Our process faster than Walk-in Customers. Very excellent service, my family and me got very good experience in Allstar Kia. I will referral more people who need car and love Kia go to Allstar Kia. I’m looking for further business with Allstar Kia. Thank you Moe and Joe!2 weeks come back for another one 2024 Carnival…thank you Allstar Kia! Moe is very professional! Keep looking for future business with him&Allstar Kia!

Well were do want me to start. I would give the service department minus 5 stars if I can. We had a Tues morning appointment so we drop the car off Monday evening we get there and a service advisor tells us to take a seat in the waiting room, mine you not a service advisor was helping anyone. We seat in there for about 25 minutes with no one helping us. We had find what was going on. They tell us we hear something by Wednesday afternoon but of course hear nothing, so I call and of course I get a recording. We get a text saying they have looked at it yet. Now it's Friday and still hear nothing. My wife calls and they even have the in the system, so we to pick it up and that even the car. Needless to say we not be going back your service department ever again. We were looking to get our 3rd from in the last 8 yrs but we will be taking our business elsewhere

*Second update* 10/18/23 in response to All Star Kia now responding a second time publicly at 3a today with meaningless drivel. Looks like they deleted their first response. If it's really the "owner" of All Star as the public messages have indicated, that's a very sorry state of affairs of your dealership, and explains the awful customer service and poor service you provide. Ignorance is your bliss, Mr All Star Kia when service writers repair based on wrong info it's harmful, not helpful. Train/educate your employees.*Made my 6th trip to Kia today--this time to Riverside Kia and found out the All Star Kia service mgr and service writer were 100 % wrong. I do NOT need the key in order for Kia to program a new fob to my car. The All Star Kia service mgr INSISTED I needed a key and I was sent me to Ontario for a blank key, when I returned, was told the "guy who cuts the keys is out until next week." All Star Kia should have programmed my fob to the car when I picked up the replacement fob a week ago. Getting the key is secondary and is not required to program the fob for keyless entry.Don't have any service performed at All Star Kia. This shoddy service is NOT an anomaly. Poorly trained service writers will cause you (like they did me) unnecessary delays, and additional and unnecessary expense. !!Riverside and Ontario Kia are the dealerships for great customer service and repairs!!I had to give one star. I'd give none if this review would post.*10/19/23 All Star Kia owner has today deleted the 2 responses (10/17, 10/18) promising to look into their "miscommunication" to resolve the issue. What a cowardly way to attempt to run a service/parts depts for the cars they sell. They'll shamelessly sell a car --but-- having it properly serviced at All Star Kia is an absolute luck of the draw. Poor service is their tour de force as it's practiced and modeled daily by the owner of All Star Kia. Poor service by All Star Kia is not an anomaly.

The woman at the service counter was very nice and very helpful. She gave us an estimate of what time our car was going to be ready and to my amazement, The car was finished four hours early. On our return to pick up our car she was very helpful again on bringing our vehicle up front. The service department is exceptional.

All Star Kia never returns calls! Sometimes the operator doesn't answer the phone and goes directly to voicemail. I recently purchased a new vehicle 8-24-23 and traded in my old car. I talked to a lady who is rude in finance. The finance company wants for me to make a payment on the car I traded into All Star Kia. I'm not going to pay for a car I don't possess. I even left two messages for Jeff the general manager to no avail. I left a message for Kyle in finance again with no response. This was my second car purchase and very displeased with lack of customer service. Once you buy a car and leave their dealership, it's as if you don't exist. I recommend stay away from All Star Kia - save yourself time - money - peace of mind and don't waste your time doing business with this dealership.

I've purchased two vehicles from this dealership. Unfortunately, the service department has become worse every year. I just recently went in for recall notices. First, it took about two months to get an appointment. When I scheduled it I specifically added that service was for the recalls. A few days before my appointment I called the service department to inquire how long the wait would be to make transportation arrangements. I received a generic answer from a service advisor. I had to ask the advisor about 3x to look up in their system what recalls my car needed. The rep had a poor attitude. I then arrive at the shop for my appointment. I drop off my vehicle and waited for over 2 hours to be told that nothing could be done that day. The service advisor stated he needed to order the parts for the recall. Really? You already knew why I was coming. He said, they didn't know parts were needed until they looked at my car. And that took over 2 hours to tell me? Such a poor response from the service advisor. I had to take time off of work in order to make this appointment. And to make it worse, I was told that Allstar Kia no longer offers shuttle services. We are going on two weeks since my last appointment and I am still waiting on a follow-up call from the service department regarding the ordered parts. Purchasing a car is only step one. Having a dealership that will take care of your service needs is even more important.Update: things got worse but the response was definitely better. I called myself to check on the ordered parts and was told that my prior visit was never entered into the system. In other words, there was no record of my prior service appointment. It turns out that the service advisor that helped me no longer worked at the dealer and created a mess. Fortunately, Andrea took the initiative to help fix the issue the very next day. She was pleasant and genuinely wanted to help. For this reason alone, I am modifying the review.

My brother Randy & I have been online looking for a Kia Forte LXS. We went to our local Kia dealership. Pulled up in his 2013 Kia. Got out and not 1 of the 5 guys came to help us. We went straight to the Fortes looked all around them for about 20 minutes. NOBODY!, bothered to come help us so we finally got in the car and left. We passed by another Kia Dealership and said let's look at these. We did same thing. Pulled into customer parking. Guys all on porch standing around. I said here we go again. A salesman named Chaz walked up to say hi. Are you guys here for the weekend promotion? He explained to us about the promotion going on. Then Chaz explained about the difference between models. We found 1 we kinda liked. It was the Forte He said let me go get the keys. But, before he left he said look at this 1 while I'm gone it in our ad. He walked away and we looked at them both. When he returned he explained the differences between the 2 models. We liked the 1 on ad we told him. He replied I thought you might so I brought both keys. Before you know it he had the car & a/c on. We were inside looking around while he told us the differences between the 2 we liked. " not once did we talk #'s" next thing we knew he said shut the doors and feel the a/c. Then before we knew it he was driving it out. We pulled off the lot and went for a test drive. Randy loved the way it drove. Chaz still telling and showing us about the features it had. When we got back he said how can I get you into this LXS today? I said the price! He said let's go inside and see what we can do. So we all went inside. He brought out some cold waters for us. He asked us a few number questions and said I'll be right back. He came back sat down and said how about this? As he explained what he wrote. We both looked at each and Randy said we'll take it. It was a SMOOTH AS THAT! After everything was done. About an hour later we drove off in our new Kia Forte LXS. I RECOMMEND asking for Chaz if your at Allstar Kia. Or call and ask for Chaz.(Later we found out Chaz was the manager) He's a not a pushy salesman that doesn't need a guy to come in to close the deal. He is the "GUY"Thanks again Chaz for a smooth transaction!!Scott & Randy

After I purchased my car I had a bit of trouble getting my alarm, and the front desk person gave me the wrong information on it several times… HOWEVER I think great customer service isn’t about being perfect at all times but about showing care for the customer. After my alarm experience I got calls from the manager and multiple employees, I just had a great experience with the service department squeezing me into their busy schedule, and I ran into a guy from financing who remembered who I was. I really appreciate the way the staff here has treated me and handled my experience.
