If I could give their service department ZERO STARS I WOULD BECAUSE THATS WHAT THEY DESERVE. Please be careful buying a car from them! I purchased a 2023 Niro a year ago and never had a problem, till 2 weeks ago. I was driving on the fwy and the gas pedal stopped working. I immediately took the car to the service department. They never called to give me updates, I had to reach out to them after they had my car for almost two weeks just for them to say the tech drove the car and hooked it to the computer and they didn’t find anything. I asked to speak to the manager and he of course acted like he didn’t care. So I had to contact the main Kia crop to get help
Being that the car is a safety concern they only went by what a computer says instead of looking deeper even though I have a warranty. So pretty much forget about my life because our computer didn’t read anything… is crazy work!!! Not too mention the girl in the service department said the tech drove my car 25 miles, but they lied on the work order and said they drove it multiple times. They must of forgot I can see on my appt every time someone drives it and the miles that was driven. They only drove the car 15 miles. They are a complete JOKE AND I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER KIA… everyone told me not too!!! Please be aware of this car lot… crazy part is they said unless the car reads something on they’re computer that’s the only way they can work on the car even under warranty… I feel taken advantage of at this point buying a car from this car lot! So at this point I’m working with the main crop to see if they’ll be able to help and I have decided to park the car for now because my life is way more important than trying to drive a car that’s losing power.

Was getting quotes from multiple Kia dealerships and cooper was the most professional and easiest to work with. Although we couldn’t get a deal done because I was already far along the process with another dealership when I was introduced to Kia of San Bernardino he was very helpful and informative with the car I was looking for. When I sent courtesy text messages to the other dealerships that I already signed with someone else, Richard of Kia Carson texted me back verbatim “wow what a waste of time thanks a lot” whereas cooper texted me back “Thanks for letting me know and I appreciate that! Hope your new car treats you well!” So yeah when I tell you there’s levels and professionalism to which sales people you work with I truly believe that.

I called to make an appointment with the service department 45 minutes later still on hold called back and I could hear them but some how they could not hear me .called back again now its 1 hour 30 mins later still nothing.im not going to waste my time if you can't simply answer the phone I can only imagine what it will be if they had my car .

Just got my 2025 Kia k5 here at All star Kia and I’m in love. I want to give a big thanks to Armando for helping me get the best deal. I was recommended from a family member to go to him and he didn’t disappoint at all!!

Recent visit 8/6/2024. This is not about the service to our vehicle. This is about CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This dealership that nets millions of dollars per year has just flipped off their customers. They at one time offered free coffee to their PAYING CUSTOMERS, not anymore....now you must pay and to make matters worse the coffee is absolutely the worst coffee I have ever had. It tastes like recycled water over used coffee grounds. Honestly how cheap can they be.?? SHAME ON YOU.!!! Those thinking about buying a vehicle at this location, maybe go elsewhere as one must ask....Where else are they cutting corners???!!!!

Hello, I am writing this post to not only create awareness but to explain a bit about my situation with my 2018 Kia Optima PHEV 110K mileage. For the last 2 years the car would stall while driving. Excessive oil consumption = 300-800 miles for every qt burned. 4 out of 6 times that I brought in the vehicle I was told it was due to an engine needing an update & one of the times, it was due to an glitch within the computer. The last time the car stalled, the dealer had advised me the car would need a new engine & it may be covered under warranty. Before the engine was replaced, the dealer informed me that in order to keep the new engine under warranty, I would have to replace the mounts & hoses which would amount to $1700. I agreed to this since I did not want to deal with any future problems.
Kia had completed engine replacement as well as the manifold with no cost. The day I went to pick up the car, the check engine light turned on & I took the car back to the dealer. They told me the front cat has to be replaced which would cost $4600.
Details important but simplified:
1. Claim for reimbursement for rental, towing, and related repairs = denied by class action admin. & by Kia's highest division of national escalation team.
2. Formal complaints have been submitted to the FTC, Attorney General, BBB Autoline - which is who will provide 3rd party arbitrator to review this case. BAR is currently investigating the dealership.
3. I still owe on the car $7K.
4. I was told by Kia customer care to submit for rental reimbursement and related costs.
5. Kia Corporate has had a case open for the last 2 years regarding my vehicles problems & safety concerns and nothing was done.
6. The car stalled/limp mode each time while driving on the freeway.
7. After 2nd or 3rd stall - oil was topped off periodically to combat excessive oil consumption.
8. Code for the cat P0420 came up multiple times after stall when I scanned myself as well as technician verifying but was told it was due to engine code P1326 so each time it was cleared. Kia is denying that the oil consumption caused damage to the Cat.
9. I am seeking approx. $17k from Kia.
10. Approx. 20% of the time I have owned this vehicle, it has been in the service repair shop due to stall.
11. First stall began at 79K mileage. A month after Kia performed ECU logic updated and oil change as well as KSDS reinstallation. 03/07/2022 - 04/21/2022. 75,042 mileage - 79,160 mileage.
From personal experience & other online forums, do not do business with Kia who pride themselves in siding with consumers when in reality they do the exact opposite. Let me know if you have any questions.
