It started off good but not sure what's going on. It's been over a month trying to get a response. I gave them money to pay towards my tax payments but now with no response, I'm not sure they even paid the IRS. Maybe this review will finally get them to contact me. Not holding my breath after multiple emails, calls, etc. I originally hired them on to take care of some stuff ASAP. They said they'd do it. It's been 3 months with little to no communication. I'm basically in the same boat I was before I talked to them. Thinking about finding someone else. Not like they'd even notice since I'm a ghost as it is. Big promises with no follow through.

Kendra has made tax season so much less stressful for us the past 2 years. She is incredibly thorough, excellent at explaining everything, and personable! Both years she's handled our taxes I have walked away with so much more than just tax-prep. We don't have complicated finances, but I still prefer to come to A4CPT for the wealth of knowledge they provide helping us navigate the current tax season while preparing us for next year. I especially appreciate that no question is too big or too small - she takes the time to help you understand your financial situation. 10/10 and 100% recommend!

As a new business owner I was out and about searching for a CPA with extended knowledge in in-home childcare. After my third try, Kendra provided me with an immense amount of support to prepare the appropriate documentation needed in my business records and be ready to do our taxes. I have also received her services for QuickBooks which she provided phenomenal opportunities for me to learn more about business expenses. It is her transparency of what is expected from her performance and reputable business knowledge that trust was built and I was relieved from the stress weighing on me. I have worked with her in Quickbooks and Tax preparation for 2 consecutive years and many years more to come. Even though it is her professionalism and expertise I was engaged to continue doing business with her, it is the respectful and professional relationship we built that keeps me coming back to her.

I am very grateful that I met Kendra and her team. Kendra is professional, knowledgeable, and genuine. Kendra helped me to understand better about my tax situation and how I can manage it. I am not a tax expert and tax return had been overwhelming past years, however, I felt so much eased as Kendra gave me some tools I could use to prepare for each year tax return and educated me with vocabularies and explanations that were easy for me to understand. I especially appreciated that whenever I ask questions, she really listens and gives helpful answers. I did not have to feel hesitated to ask questions. Because of her help, I have so much better understanding about my tax and it has completely changed how I can plan my everyday life and my future prospects. I also appreciate her entire team as they are prompt, supportive and professional. Since right after my first appointment, I have been recommending A4CPT to my colleagues and friends!

We've been using A4CPT for decades and couldn't recommend them enough. They are highly professional and treat you more like family than a client. Kendra is very knowledgeable and does an excellent job answering your questions and helping inform you on your options. She covers a wide range of areas to ensure you are equipped with everything you need to know regarding taxes for your endeavors. They've also done a great job transitioning to a fully remote operation making it easy to keep using them from afar.

I had a consultation today with Kendra and walked away feeling so relieved and informed. She took her time in explaining my taxes to me and was extremely patient. I've never walked away feeling as informed as I did today with Kendra. Kendra is extremely intelligent and it is evident when speaking with her. I would recommend Kendra if you are looking for an affordable, knowledgeable tax preparer.

The quality of service is excellent! My husband and I have been with Accounting for Computers - Pro Tax Solutions for 32+ years! Kendra and staff are wonderful and very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend A4CPT! My daughters also get their taxes prepared from A4CPT. You can't go wrong.

This is a very professional establishment. All questions answered fully and explained. The President of this business has a lifetime of experience dealing with individual Tax returns and well established businesses throughout the state. A big plus is being able to do business through emails and first class mail. The staff are extremely capable of handling the most complicated returns and accounting challenges. I wish I could give Kendra more than 5 stars. I've used her services for taxes as well as other business/financial endeavors. Each consultation she explains each form and shares the screen to help educate her clients. It feels more collaborative and I've never left feeling confused or unsure of where my finances stand. She is absolutely amazing and I wish I'd gone to her sooner. I never feel she over charges and if anything, I'd happily pay her more because she's that amazing.
