Lost my keys and was locked out of my RAV4 and A+ was very quick and friendly with reprogramming and cutting a new key. I highly recommend them with great pricing as well!!

Buisness was apparently too busy to give us any estimate or quotes when asked for a later date I was told "I'm booked all year" must be real successful to be able to turn down any current or future buisness

Came here because they own the website mercedeskeyrepair.com and I needed a key for my Mercedes. They made me the wrong key which they then blamed on me for not specifying my car had keyless start. They then told me they couldnt even make the right key when I asked. They should be ashamed to call themselves mechanics.

BEWARE! Complete RIP OFF. I called the shop because my car had a service engine light on, I was told over the phone to bring it in, and the charge to diagnose it would be 150$ the exact words of the technician were " weather it takes 10 min or 4 days, we will find out what it needs, the charge is will be 150$" I took it in, 2 days latter, they call and say we need another 200$ to diagnose it. I said no, I went to get my car ASAP! I knew I was being scammed. I asked for my 150$ back, John said "Call on Monday with your card and I will get it too you" I called on Monday and he said NO, we won't be refunding you!!!!. They Never gave me any paperwork or work order, Complete Fraud. BEWARE

It's really hard to find people like John that act professional and run the business like a professional. I went on a Saturday when they were closed but John insisted on helping me and getting my car fixed to my surprise. He will definitely be seeing me again for future car care.

Went there to get my lock and keys worked on. My car worked great for a while but then started having major electrical problems. Talk to the guy over there and kept blaming the problems on everything else. Very unprofessional, horrible business morals.

Been around the world, military, civilian, and have worked with many shops that do repairs. I was recommended to have a bit of work done here, at A Plus, by a custom shop down the street. Now, I will GO TO NO OTHER PLACE, because A Plus Smog & Muffler is by far the most efficient, hardest working, and timely business in the Inland Empire. Steve, John, and the ENTIRE CREW have done more than exceptional work on my; Engine Mounts, Thermostat, Water Pump, Alternator - and the skilled customer service displays a highly trained, knowledgeable, informative, certified mechanical staff. Currently I had some sounds from my wheels, (and they knew right away what they were working with) and now they are taking care of my Wheel Bearings and Tie Rode Ends! Good looking on the Brakes too, Steve!

Excellent experience from start to finish. It took s little bit of coordinating between their staff but I was not in a hurry and they were reacti for me the next day. I ordered a new key fob with lots of features so the programming took a couple of hours but it all works great! Much less expensive than going to the dealer. Definatly recommend them
