Very rude ? stuff no customer service. They don't know how to respect their customer and work with them while customers are the one who is paying and getting attitude ?. I would recommend to take your business some where else where they will show you some respect for your purchase. Very disappointed with indian guys working their I think they are related to the owner so they don't care about customer service. If I could I would give zero stars.

New coffee machine is there but instead use it to bring more customers they don’t care, permanently doesn’t work or they just do not clean it (latte cappuccino etc)

They tend to ask darker skinned people to wait while they attend to other customers. Not Recommended.

Do not come here to wash your car. Machine is broken and will time out on you if your waiting and that is some how your fault. Owner will not give a new number like it's somehow putting him out like it's a product.

The cashiers were rude and unknowledgeable, one of the people working in there was wearing sandals. One of the cashiers up front was talking to a couple of the other employees telling them not to charge certain people for items when they come in because they are "regulars". Very strange and unprofessional environment

Once I went in here and there was a scrawny guy and he was very rude for no reason and told me the wrong place to look for something. A nicer gentleman with a turban was more helpful. The other guy (the mean, unprofessional, miserable one) was also probably Indian, some facial hair. That’s all the description I can give. But yea, 7/11 why do you employ people who treat customers so badly? In bad mood always and raising their voice at customers. PLEASE FIRE THE GUY. He works during evenings.

Workers here will not give you change back...they proceed to make fun of you if you ask for it.. change is change and by law you are required to give it back when completing a transaction.

7/11 is doing a deal today on pizzas for 1$, ordered it through the app and got confirmation email to pickup pizza in 25-30 minutes. I drive there and he says he canceled my order , im there almost every night from 2-3am to get food for my lunch break and theres never a issue when i pay 10$ for the pizza. Now he said he didnt accept the order , for me to call and get my order canceled to get my money back. Wont honor the deals on the app but sure will cook me up a pizza when i pay full price

Went in and bought 2 boxes of cookies for 3.49 each... the 7 eleven brand... noticed the guy rang them up for 4.19 each and they were the Otis brand cookies on the cash register display... I told the guy why are you charging me 4.19 when the box says 3.49... he said because tax..... which is a lie tax on a 3.49 purchase is not .70cents. This is the second time they just ring in whatever they want and lie about it. It happened a few months back. Watch your purchases with them closely. This happened on the night shift.

The younger woman with long brown hair I came in about 830 on a Wednesday in the morning. She was so pleasant and so kind, and I would totally come here again because of her. Also, please get the Gatorade energy drink. It has caffeine, but no carbonation.Thank you!!!
