Horrible experience. The 2 guys there gave me an icky vibe. I'm not sure if it was because it was late. I took my older boys to get hot coco after practice, and they looked at us like we were gonna rob the place. My son asked for a hot dog, and they wouldn't hand it to him until my card processed all the way. The coco cups were expensive even for the tiny one. I tried to get a cappuccino, and it was water. So we just all got coco. After we got in the car and tried to drink the coco. It was very watered down. We all threw them away. I felt like I was robbed. Safe to say, I will never return here.

Yesterday around one o'clock I passed by this store with the aim of exchanging my lottery tickets where I won a few dollars. I greeted the woman very kindly and she replied that it was bad that she didn't want to exchange my tickets for money but instead wanted to give me more tickets. I wanted the cash so I didn't change it because it's not what she wants, it's what the client asks for, she explained to me nowhere that she had refused me that, she said no money, I'll just give you the ticket and I better left for myself, that's not a good service. one star ⭐️ thank you it was more or less at 1 pm yesterday January 17

It serves the area around it, but it takes it for granted. I get what I need or want. Our family has had trouble in the past trusting payments for items.

I always make random late night snacks runs for this is the only place nearby whom carries my favorite seeds.Anyways as i get off and try to open the door the two cashiers come out close the door tell me i cant go in because they are going to be closed for 5 minutes. I said are you serious closed for what. They ignored me pulled cigarrettes out and started speaking in their language and started to laugh. A few more people get there and they tell them the same thing.I go to my car and take them a photo of them smoking there cigarrettes.I guess they really needed 5 minutes to smoke. This is unnaceptable what if i had a real emergency for milk for my son or etc. They at least took 8 minutes. The time was 10:51 pm. It took me a few minutes to think about what i was gonna do being soo furious they were just laughing and smoking. i can imagine how many times they have done this or even worst. people need to speak up if this has happened to them or get rid of employees like this you guys be the judge i recorded me asking him if they always close the store for 5 minutes i could not understand him so i just told him i was putting him on google maps and letting everyone know. GUYS HE STAYED QUIET it was like at that moment he KNEW HE MESSED UP! So disappointing!! Are there bosses aware of this? How many times can they get away with both taking breaks and leaving tbe store un attended for a smoke break??? I hope corporate gets involved he also pressed a door lock when i was trying to leave the store to not let me out as you can hear in the video i was cool calm and collective i was scared he was gonna harm me when i couldnt open the door. Never coming here again! Definately doesnt feel safe anymore for doing that. I will add the second video but the guy on the right was the one who pushed the lock button for me not to leave. I even recorded him at the end he knew he was in the wrong. I hope i get a response back from 7 eleven this is not okay my video is my proof i was nice no reason for him to try and lock me in the store to scare me i hope they look into this and investigate it 24/7 employees cant even be trusted anymore. I hope they review the cameras to see what these cashiers have really been doing here at night.
