Its not that clean, the equipment is old and it looks like they dont clean often...Planet fitness on Hospitality is waaaay cleaner....as someone who breaks out easily and has eczema....its a no go.

Please wax or mop the basketball floors soon, I’ve seen way too many injuries due to the negligence of the court being that slippery/dusty for way too long.

This place went from being okay to bad , they don’t keep up with the equipment and like the steam room has being out of service for months now , the new management there it seems like they don’t care at all .

Coming from IL and possibly moving into the area, and called this location to see if there was a free trial to check out the basketball courts for a couple of days. A manager named Jerry told us via phone that we could do a free trial for 3 days and all we had to do was sign up online. I signed up online and made a trip out to the gym just to be told that we can’t come in because we don’t have California IDs… and Jerry confirmed that we would need a “local ID” and showed the small loophole font online that stated this. He could’ve told us on the phone when we called but didn’t and then would not let us in and asked for $25 each person for the day.. Very unprofessional and unfriendly from the moment I stepped in, and poor customer service from Jerry. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Funny how other YMCAs and Esportas in the area don’t require “local IDs”.

The theoretical facilities available would be a 5. The reality is that facilities are or broken amenities like the spa/steam room are down from 3-6 weeks at a time. Facilities are dirty and the hours are far from 24/day. it's understandable since giving. but the lack of hygiene is a major drawback in the space.

I’ve been coming to this gym for years and I can say it’s clean, friendly and has all the equipment you need. Not to mention the front desk is ALWAYS welcoming, especially Marco. You walk in and he gives the friendliest greeting and great service: shoutout to the cleaning staff as well as management. Great staff make a great experience.

24 hours OPEN was the reason I got the yearly membership because every else closed early and wasn’t convenient to my schedule now I have to deal with the same problem why be “24 hours” if they close at 9pm
At this point people need reimbursements.

Not handicap/ wheelchair friendly at all. Horrible experience just trying to use there terrible, dirty restroom. Exact same experience at the Fontana location. Not handicap/wheelchair friendly at all. Fontana location is worse.

24-hour Fitness close 9pm or 10pm, please change the name of the gym.
you switch the time because covid19.
i don't know why you still close at 10 pm. i was paying $50 per month. i canceled because they close early
