This is the opposite of a community bank. Clueless staff, they have failed in helping my family on at least three instances.

Have an S-Corp business account since 2016. Went to increase my business line of credit with Andre, the business specialist. Long story short - the application was not done right and the line of credit was not sufficient for the business needs. Your loss Wells Fargo and Andre. I have a plan B and will give them the interest made instead.

I went there to ask them to help me with an undue charge on my account, and they said they couldn't help me that day, I said I could wait to see me, but it didn't help. terrible experience with this agency

Their ATM swallowed a check I was depositing and I had no proof of a deposit. I went in to the bank spoke with Andrea and asked that my check be returned to me. He gave no reasonable explanation and said he couldn’t. I asked to get some kind of receipt confirming they had my check and after a lot of argument and a call the bank received from the “ATM Branch” in which they informed Andrea that this particular ATM was malfunctioning he provide magically a photocopy of my check!He then said since they had been able recuperate it it would now be deposited into my account. IT WASNT!!!The next day he proceeded to open some kind of CLAIM which is supposed to take 10 days to resolve, so to this date the check has not been deposited in my account.SMOKE AND MIRRORS… lies and they are keeping my funds all this time and of course getting interest on it!!!OUTRAGEOUS AND DISHONEST!!

I walked into this bank, purchased temporary checks for my account (which they had to verify my identity to print.)I was with a business associate and I wrote her a check for an inventory purchase with one of the temporary checks.My associate did not leave the bank, she deposited the check into her Wells Fargo account.Wells Fargo then decided that the check THEY printed for me was a FORGERY. They rejected the check, causing overdraft fees for my associate, a bounced check fee and tarnishing my reputation in business.Yes. You read that right. Checks that they printed for me were deemed forgeries moments after printing them.I wouldn't be surprised if there's some sort of criminal activity happening at this branch. There should be a thorough investigation of this branch by corporate. Something very shady is going on.I will be switching banks after 15 years. Good riddance.

My experience today was great. Nothing to complain about. I needed a notary and made an appointment online. Carlos was ready when I got there. Knew exactly what he was doing to.

This location seems to have a challenge when it comes to Africa Americas, they call it "tellers choice" well it should be called "color choice" to give any special entitlement, such as to wave a money order fee or allow me to cash a check or deposit without waiting a day for any of my funds. I have been a customer over 18 years, and someone of a different persuasion or entitlement could come in with a new simple account, because of "tellers choice" was able to have a fee waived. Now ain't that special?

I tried to walk in and get some quarters for some machines that I was running and the teller refused to provide me not just quarters but also refused to give any cash back from my card. This teller had the one chance to change my perspective on the whole Wells Fargo brand (considering that the banks have funded unethical projects and had a whole other issue with credit cards a bit recently) but this lack of service has made me personally not ever want to open up an account with them.

I have been coming to this San Anselmo Branch for over 15 years and I am so impressed with the degree of customer service and the management team at this San Anselmo branch of WF! The overall management here is the best I have ever seen in any bank. The wonderful tellers are super friendly, always helpful and no long waiting times. So 5 stars go to the branch management, the tellers, you guys are the best.

Had to wait in line for 20 mins to get cash - 6 bank associates standing around but only 1 person assisting customers. Could do with a little more customer service attention!

I have always had great service at this branch. Sometimes Wells Fargo's internal systems are a challenge but I found that the individuals at this branch are committed to working with you in getting anything resolved or done quickly.
