The facility is clean, light, and airy, and the access is exceptional--you can drive right up to the ground floor storage spaces, which is invaluable for those of us who aren't star weight-lifters; you only have to carry things a couple of feet. Couldn't recommend it more highly!”

“Johnson & Daly safely packed fragile items and moved the entire contents of our house in Sonoma County to Marin County in a fast, efficient manner. The movers were charming & good humored even in 100 degree heat! After loading boxes & furniture over a two day period, they swept and mopped our former garage floor for the new buyers. These movers went above & beyond their job description. I highly recommend hiring Johnson & Daly for your move!”
“This place lives up to its name. My own experience, alongside many that I see here online...is that people ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place...and IMO, for VERY good reason.
There is so much I could say in the so many ways that this place and it's staff made me so very comfortable "going with them"...from start to finish. Moves are stressful. And this team made it SO EASY (e.g. stress reduction immediately, from the first call to A Friendly Storage Place).
If you are lucky enough to come across this gem of a business during your time of need for their services...support them! Go with these guys. (But know this...they go above and beyond, to support you better.)”
“Nave Storage is a great storage facility. Ted in the front office helped with finding me the perfect size unit immediately. He also made the move in and move out process seamless.
The units and building are impeccably clean, safe, and reasonably priced. I appreciated the kind service and support in getting my belongings into the unit. “I’ve just gone through the first part of the moving process, packing and picking up my belongings and furniture. The process was very smooth, from the time I requested a quote and until the moving crew arrived. I received guidance from Drew and Amy, they responded to my questions and guided me on things I didn’t know about this process. I received an email the day before my move date to confirm the date and to let me know the time when the crew would be arriving. They took care of the parking permit with the city, which was a relief. They posted the parking permit 3 days before the move date. When the moving crew arrived, everything was smooth and straightforward. Enrique, Adam, and Eddy really know what they are doing. They handled all my belongings and furniture with care and made sure everything was properly labeled and arranged to unpack easily. Everything has been transparent and straightforward until now. I’ll see how things go at delivery in the new location but for now everyone I’ve been in contact with has provided the best customer service.”

“Working with Luigys Moving & Storage was nothing short of incredible. I had never used professional office movers before, so not only did I not know what to expect/what was needed of me, but we also had an incredibly short turn around time of one day. Yes, that's right, ONE day for a long distance move. The minute Gerson picked up the phone to my panicked voice, I felt a sense of relief.
He quickly got back to me to confirm that they could in fact do the move (!) and shared all the steps that would happen, what was needed, and everything in-between.
From the moment the 3 movers arrived, everything went so smoothly and efficiently. Their communication is incredible, they worked SO fast, and were incredibly kind.
If we end up moving again, or if I do personally, I will absolutely use Luigys Moving & Storage.”

“Great storage experience! Easy access. Always clean. (Never saw food on the floor, like at Uhaul) Staff is helpful and friendly. Moving tools including flatbeds and dollys are available for immediate use. (Not padlocked in front office, like Uhaul) Elevator always worked.(Unlike Storage West in Southern California) I would highly recommend and would store again. Thank you Heirloom Storage!”
“This 4star review is about the customer service and not the facility itself. Bobby is the only reason why. I was very disappointed with the way this storage facility operates: no light in the unit, rate increases and lacking maintenance of critical infrastructure (elevator). However, the customer service provided by Bobby of above and beyond. She deserves a lot of credit, as well as a pay raise (DO YOU HEAR ME PIBLIC STORAGE?! Pay this woman her worth!!!!), for her patience, communication and efforts with customers. I really appreciate her honesty and follow through with what she says in actions. Thank you, Bobby, and I hope you will be acknowledged by your employer for your service!”

“MM&S packed up our 1700 sqft house into a 26' truck in just one day. And they moved us to our new home 40 miles away the next. Not one thing was broken or scratched. Absolutely an amazing service. Two excellent crews, excellent customer service, and fast. Removing the empty boxes and paper after the move was hard, but we hired someone to take it all away. The bottom line is that we would have spent more money and time if we did it ourselves.”
