I went in on a rainy day looking for some new running sneakers. The attendant was so helpful! It's been a while since I've done some serious running and she picked out 5+ pairs of shoes for me to try out and figure out what I needed. Definitely a reminder why brick and mortar shops are so important! Would send anyone I know here!

I came here over the weekend looking to get a new pair of sneakers as I train for my first 10k. Kai was a wealth of knowledge and had a ton of great recommendations! I walked away with an amazing pair of bouncy raspberry & chartreuse Sauconys that I'm obsessed with! Thanks Kai!

Great selection of running sneakers, I’m a hiker and get Altra shoes here (Nike for my daughter). They have a great selection for all different feet and a knowledgeable staff to focus your search. From track to trail to the streets of San Anselmo, this is an amazing local resource!

I had an incredible fitting experience with Ted! He understood my injuries, support needs, types of workouts I do and had phenomenal recommendations for my specific needs. He was an expert in every shoe they carried. I am so excited to break in my new brooks with orthotics. Excellent customer service helping my husband and I find running shoes. They had a wide range to choose from - fancy fast shoes to every day trainers suitable for walking too. Very knowledgeable and reasonable price. Nice sales on their apparel too. It was a no pressure, no hassle experience.

I used to absolutely love this store, the people who worked there were professional, knowledgeable, courteous & helpful. The selection is not outstandingly broad, but adequate, prices are high like you’d expect, but it would not be a deterrent because the quality of professional advice one would get was stellar, and the friendly atmosphere in general. I don’t know what happened, but during my last visit, the experience was awful. All the employees were helping other customers, which is fine, of course, I didn’t mind waiting - but nobody even acknowledged me or even so much as smiled. I was waiting by the register in the front, and two people who worked there walked by me to get to get to stock room, and not even a simple “hello” or “we’ll be with you soon”. Truly disappointing, I did so much shopping there.

My wife and I love this store and make a point to stop in every time we're in San Anselmo. They have really great prices and if you keep an eye out, there's a perfect shoe just waiting for you here on sale. Love the personal customer service that's always been so friendly and helpful. It's a great little store and one we love to support.
