Everything about this place is fantastic! The woman who runs it, Rainy, is incredibly helpful, friendly, informative--every good adjective you could think of. The facility is clean, light, and airy, and the access is exceptional--you can drive right up to the ground floor storage spaces, which is invaluable for those of us who aren't star weight-lifters; you only have to carry things a couple of feet. Couldn't recommend it more highly!

Negativel experience over all. The most recent negative was the Lyft was out of order and I was told I could use the stairs. My unit is on the second floor and I had heavy heavy boxes and some furniture items to move. Use the stairs they said. I couldn’t believe my ears. They also raise the rent fairly often and the hours are ridiculous. They open at nine. They close at 5:45 and they take an hour plus for lunch. During the lunch hour you cannot access the lift because it takes a key, which is in the managers office. All in all, I would give this place a one out of 10. Do not fall for their scam of three months at a discounted rate in order to get you in. You won’t be happy.

I was in and out of there in just a few minutes with the key to my storage unit. The place is clean and there was one unit on the first floor left, and I snagged it. The location is perfect for me and the price is reasonable. And Rainey, the woman who helped me, is great, very helpful and cheerful service.

the staff are very accommodating, and there is usually someone there if you have any questions. I found in particular, Evan to be very helpful and friendly.

I was recently at San Anselmo self storage and I can't even begin to tell you how impressed I was with the customer service I received! Evan was so polite, professional, and friendly. He went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed ( I believe he was a new hire too). Not only was the customer service excellent, the facility was clean and in a wonderful neighborhood. I definitely would recommend this facility to anyone looking to store their belongings.

This is the first time we have rented a storage unit and are very glad to have found this location. It is, as others have described, notably clean, very well lit, and you can drive up to the door of the ground floor units. Thanks to Rainy, the manager, who is professional and engaging, and explained everything in detail. We are very pleased.

This person named Rainy has been harassing myself and my colleagues who come into use our storage unit there for our business.
She has also went to erase our reviews because of her fake image she wants to out up.
I'm not sure how someone who is supposed to be doing their job and being courteous to us who store our things there thinks she will be employed there long when she tries to make people afraid to get into thir storage space.
Before this person named Rainy came to the place everything worked fine for years and year but for some strange reason she seems to think she owns the place and can be (I will borrow from the previous review done by another of her victims) rude to people she doesn't feel have enough melanin in their skin and try to turn them away.
It's disrespectful to say the least.

San Anselmo storage is a great place, nice clean facility. The storage unit was exactly what I needed. Rainy was helpful, and knowledgeable, and answered all the questions I had.

I was with my mom looking at units and the manager was very professional and knowledgeable, the facility was very clean but the parking is pretty tricky. I would highly recommend speaking with the manager if you are looking for a storage unit in San Anselmo
