“I have to say Leonardi Automotive has my vote for the go to shop in Novato. My son’s truck and car needed service one week apart and both experiences were excellent. They saved us lots of headaches and got the job done right. Other shops would have cost us more money with their diagnostics being incorrect. That you to all the guys at the desk and in the shop. 5 stars go out to you.

“Robin is an unbelievable breath of fresh air. My elderly father and I were in the middle of a road from from Riverside CA to Seattle WA in a 1955 Ford Thunderbird and we experienced major brake trouble in the area, necessitating a tow. There's more to the story but we had the car towed to a shop around the corner on a Sunday. Monday morning the other shop wouldn't give me the time of day or help in any way whatsoever. They didn't have a nice word to say about Robin's shop around the corner, even though Robin not only took my call first thing but called me back several times to get me in same day. When I arrived he immediately brought a tech out and solved the problem in less than 15 mins, even showing me how to make the adjustment myself between the master cylinder and booster. He then proceeded to NOT CHARGE ME. I insisted on paying him something but bottom line is this guy is honest, helpful and went out of his way to bail us out. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED; will tell everyone I know. Kudos to great service and how-how!”

Justin is graceful, accommodating, patient & informative. The crew work their butts off to get everybody done, and seem to keep their cool. “What a great experience! I found Righetti online, after having an issue pop up on the weekend. They were the only shop open on a Saturday and Steve answered after the first ring. He agreed to see me in the afternoon after finishing with another customer and sure enough, he was ready to help when I arrived. Steve is professional, knowledgeable and friendly, characteristics that are rare in automotive industry. He walked me through what was wrong, explained the solution and fixed the problem on the spot! “Complementary car and vacuum. Reasonable rates. Phone call check-ins for items ordered and eta, things needed for my car. I needed my car to be serviced. You know, the car I barely drive. That BMW is pretty much how my neighbors know I am working from home. Anyway, I didn't want to go to my usual service spot - BMW Service in Burlingame so I took my car here, where my daughter gets her Lexus serviced. This neighborhood gem has really great service, honest pricing, and they wash your car! Bookmark this one if you live close by and want to support a great business. Five stars for perfection!”
“I was very impressed by the service advisor Leo, he's also a very handsome man. I was even more impressed by the technician who quickly was able to quickly pinpoint the driveability/engine performance problem on my GMC cargo van. The other shops couldn't find the problem and tryed to blame the oxygen sensor. I also had a check engine light removed and I was able to pass the emissions test the same day. I will be returning to Hamilton's Automotive for all my Automotive Repair & maintainence in the future. I highly recommend it!!

“Marquice (apologies if I did not spell the name correctly) is a hero. I evacuated from a fire zone and pulled into oil changers with a screaming auto steering whine and a barking Rottweiler, completely frazzled. He was so calm and helpful even though I was probably a nightmare customer. He (gently) had to remind me to stay in the vehicle as I attempted to open the door I was so distracted. He walked me through his process, topped up all the fluids and had me test power steering to ensure the fluid top off solved the issue. He was friendly, he professional, all the things that one looks for from a rock star service provider. Thank you - I will be back and recommend to friends!”
“I could go on and on about how great the team here is and how efficient the service is but SERIOUSLY such a friendly place to get your oil changed or tires rotated. They were super busy when I arrived but Jesus (hella friendly!) took care of me and everyone else in line by getting non-oil oil projects out of the way first (yay new cabin air filter!) Patience is such an amazing people leader and you can tell the team truly enjoys working under her leadership. I’m literally writing this review as they’re working on my car because I had such a great time here today ”
“I use them, its convienient and easy., 3 miles from home My flat tire after rotation and 6 month old tires was just needing inflation. not a tow, Thanks AAA Gabrielson park gasta girls must have deflated my tire. I didn't know to just inflate it. Now I have an inflator in my car!!”
“Super chill and nice staff, especially my oil change dude Jamie. Sure they offer many additions but you can choose and decline whichever! I did a tire rotation and synthetic oil change. “I left my first review in 2011 and still think these guys are fantastic! We recently moved and tried two places near our new home with terrible results. I've decided it's not worth it. We're just going to drive from Petaluma to All Autos and be done with it. Yann and company have always been straight with us and given us the cheap and quick option or the by the book option based on the maintenance schedule based on what we can afford at the time. We have four cars under their care.”
