Rating is for the onsite facility and staff lead, Lorenzo. The facility is kept fully operational and clean. Lorenzo keeps on top of all aspects of this business. I appreciate the on site management as Lorenzo is customer focused and does a great job to be helpful and accommodating in a very professional and responsive manner. This is what sets storage facilities apart from one another -- the day to day contact--Lorenzo is one of the best!

I’ve been using mini storage of San Anselmo for 20 years. They are exceptional, particularly Lorenzo. From fine wine to fine art, you can’t pick a better place to store your things.

We highly recommend Mini Storage of San Anselmo. Moving and/or storing belongings is a pain; however, Lorenzo, the manager, made everything easier and more pleasant! He is super friendly, helpful, and professional. The building is always clean, inside and out. We never had to worry about our belongings because everything is run flawlessly by Lorenzo.

Great location, easy access, friendly staff all make Mini Storage of San Anselmo a much-needed resource in the community. The manager, Lorenzo, is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He is an asset who deserves to be recognized since it wouldn't be the same without him. Thanks!

I had to move all of my things into storage for a year and I chose this location for its close proximity to my mom and dad’s house which is where I was staying during that time. I checked on my unit occasionally and everything was fine, there were no issues. It was easy to move in and out. They provide carts so you can easily move your things down the hall. You can also buy boxes and packing supplies from them if you suddenly realize you need some. I decided to move out today, the 24th, so that I wouldn’t be charged for another month of storage on the 1st. I gave them a week’s notice before my move-out date. It was no problem. Everything went smoothly and I am very grateful to San Anselmo Mini Storage for keeping my belongings safe and dry for the past year while I was in this transitional year of life.
