Our family has brought big and small projects to Luxe over the last decade and each time we’ve been met with the highest quality service possible. Norberto, Diego, Jimena and all the team members are fantastic people who have assisted us when we’ve needed help. Their excellent autobody work on our vehicles is not only the best in Marin County, it’s guaranteed. They deal directly with our insurance (aaa) each time and have given me rides to Enterprise when I needed it. Their work and customer service is seamless. Thank you everyone at Luxe!

I have been using Luxe Collision for over 10 years. I would not even imagine going to another body shop. Their customer care is excellent and their work is superior. I had always had my car repaired impeccably and on time. I would give them six stars if I could.

The customer service was beyond amazing! Diego was the guy who took care of me. He was kind and explained the whole process and walked me to my uber which they called for me. They kept in good communication with me while they had my car for repairs. This was my first time ever dealing with a body shop and 10/10 experience . I highly recommend them in every way. Clean and professional.

Great job!!! Kept me up to date as to eta on when it would be done. Dealt directly with my insurance company. Lorenzo was my point of contact and he always got back to me in a timely manner. I highly recommend Luxe Collision.

My car was unfortunately stolen and when the police found it, it had a lot of front end damage and was broken into through the sunroof, all 4 rims were damaged and so on. I thought I wouldn’t be able to get it back to the way it was. Till Lux collision took a look at it and made it look easy. They were super helpful with dealing with my insurance and were very patient and professional with me. Every step they took they also CC’d me through my email and kept me in the loop. Now the car looks like it never had such a tragic story it’s pretty much like new! Thank you Jimena and crew! Thank you lux collision!

I decided it was time to get the dents and scratches out of my well loved 2016 Subaru Outback. The dealership quote was expensive and they wouldn’t commit to a timeframe. I saw Luxe had 5 star reviews so I dropped by on my way home. Excellent service start to finish. They did a great job quickly and within budget.

I was referred to Luxe Collision, as they are certified by my Honda auto dealer, They did a fantastic job repairing paint damage and dents to a car I’d owned only one month. They gave me clearly defined estimates and kept me apprised via phone and text whenever any change to the scope of work or timing of delivery might occur. Everyone I interacted with at Luxe was knowledgeable and professional. Best of all, my car once again looks brand-new! I hope l never again require collision repair, but if I do I’ll go right back to Luxe.

I was looking for a body repair shop to repair my back bumper after someone rear-ended me. I found Luxe Collision online and when I stopped by, Lorenzo was there to greet me. He was super friendly and welcoming, and knew exactly what to do.
Insurance companies can take a long time to process a claim, but Lorenzo was very proactive with my insurance company and transparent during the entire process. He even went as far to send pictures of the repairs in progress and call me with updates, something you don’t normally get with a regular shop.
When I got my car back, the wait was well worth it, my car is looking even better than before. All the sensors were working and the dents were all smoothed out perfectly. I couldn’t tell it was involved in a collision!
I don’t want to get involved in a collision again but if I do, I know Luxe will be my first phone call.
