Have to say, I agree with Abraham below! These gentlemen were exceptionally helpful with a delivery I needed—and I'll say several other stores declined (Blackwell's included). The package arrived carefully packed for cross-country delivery within a two week window. These days it feels better than ever to be treated with respect and to bet met halfway with reasonable requests. I'm not from the area, but I can certainly suggest this shop for its wonderful customer service and selection. Enjoy!

The best value you will find on high end bottles and excellent customer service. I have been ordering from Ludwig's for years and never had an issue. Everything is well packaged and arrives as if you grabbed it right off the shelf at your local store. I recently received my shipment of Tears Of Llorona Tequila and, oddly, one of the bottles arrived with a break in the seal, leading to a small leak. I emailed 2 pictures (responding to the generic "your order has shipped" confirmation email I received 2 days prior) and within a few hours was notified that the bottle would be replaced. I then received confirmation, before the end of the same day, that my replacement bottle had shipped. Exactly the type of customer service you hope for, but rarely see!

I visited this store on my trip to California about 4 years ago and to this day it always brings a smile to my face having the most down to earth people. Any cigar lover or even if you’re curious , as I was at the time , they are very knowledgeable and patient.

Service and shipping is perfect. Ordered and shipped as promised. Arrived in perfect condition, especially the Blanton's which is known to have a cracked seal on arrival if shipped. I also have ordered a high priced bottle before with great packaging.

Service and shipping is perfect. Ordered and shipped as promised. Arrived in perfect condition, especially the Blanton's which is known to have a cracked seal on arrival if shipped. I also have ordered a high priced bottle before with great packaging.

I was a loyal customer for years. the I placed an online order and after 4 weeks of not receiving it, I called them up . They didn't even ship it yet and said they would ship it today.
They didn't even offer to do anything to keep me as a customer. Just said we will cancel the order and hung up.
They have really become a terrible place to shop. Their prices are the same as everyone else now too.

Ordered a Mid Winters Night Dram, price was over MSRP but acceptable. Order took 3 weeks to be delivered. Support was very responsive at first. They offered quicker shipping to get it to me sooner (it was a gift for an out of town friend). However that never happened. when the date they said my order would be here approached, they stopped responding completely. The order showed up a week later than they said. It would have all been fine if they had just communicated. just super frustrating to to not have the product when promised and they won't even respond.

Excellent source for Tequila, with a good selection across price ranges. Great beers from micro-breweries with an emphasis on local and some treasures from across the country. The wines are great, not the biggest selection and a full range of price points with an emphasis on the middle ground. The cigar section looks tight, I don’t buy them, but if I did, it looks on par with the alcohol. Litttle known secret, they stock Chili Crunch here.

As per previous reviews, the online ordering process is horrible. I ordered a bottle of Hakushu 12 100th anniversary in late June 2023. It wasn't processed for shipment until July 28, 2023. However, the bottle was never picked up by FedEx. I called... 5 times. Each time, I was told that the bottle would be shipped. I was going to cancel my order last week, but was promised that it would be shipped and delivered by today. Nothing was delivered. I finally cancelled my order today.
