I have bought all of my shoes for the past ten years or more at Lark Shoes. They sell only good quality shoes (not only well made but good for feet and good for walking) and have the most helpful and knowledgeable staff.

I have what could easily be considered "fussy feet" when it comes to buying shoes - so shopping for new footwear can be a stressful experience. I noticed that Lark Shoes carried the Birkenstock Boston clogs that I've had my eye on for ages but was sold out everywhere else. After trying several different pairs and purchasing & finally returning them, I had to come to the sad conclusion that they aren't a good fit for me. I really wanted them to work. Despite all the time I spent trying on, exchanging and returning, Vatche (the manager) and Rosie could not have been kinder or more patient. This store is very well stocked, have great styles, and a friendly, comfortable vibe. Excellent customer service!! I'll miss visiting them on a daily basis but I doubt they will miss me haha.

Lark shoes has a very comprehensive line of excellent quality shoes.even better, their sales person, Alexandria was very gracious and knowledgeable and kind. She strives to make the customer feel comfortable and happy with their fit. As an older person I sometimes feel sales people act dismissive. Alexandra gave me 100% of her attention and gave several suggestions to ensure my comfort in my selection. She knows what she's doing and seems happy to be doing it. I certainly will return. Great old time feel to this roomy shop that has just about everything when it comes to a great selection and almost always superlative customer service. Love my slippers, they have all the best brands, sexy sandles & comfortable hiking boots.

My first visit and Helen gave me undecided 1 on 1 assistance as she listened to my foot concerns, introduced me to several brands that seemed to meet my needs and allowed me to try on a number of colors and styles of shoes! I purchased 2 pairs with the understanding that I may wear them inside for up to two weeks and return them if they simply do not meet my needs. She was extremely patient and allowed me to take as much time as I needed! I would highly recommend both this shop and Helen as a sales assistant to anyone who experiences foot pain and wants to purchase a great pair of shoes!

Enjoy Lark Shoes wide selection of comfortable, quality shoes, sandals and boots. Vache (son of the owner) and other staff are always so very helpful and friendly. He has helped guide me on so many occasions to find "just the right sandals or shoes". I enjoy the personal touch and have shopped here for over 20 years. Always delighted with my seasonal purchases.

Went in this morning and clerk was waiting on another customer. Looked at shoes on my own for several minutes, but the clerk didn't even look up! Won't go back.

I've bought shoes from this shop for several years and have always enjoyed their selection. No more. I bought a pair of shoes there for my niece in mid March. She showed them to me last week, and the soles had worn down to actual holes at the balls and heels of the shoe. I've never seen such a thing. I went back to the store, and the owner refused to believe me!! I was very disappointed in the service and that I wasn't taken seriously, particularly after being a dedicated client for years. I won't return.

Just had a great customer service experience at Lark Shoes. For the past few years I have been buying a pair of shoes here in August for my son at the start of each school year. I have always had a good experience shopping here, with patient salespeople and I have sometime found good sale prices on shoes that have been on the shelves for a while. This year, my son was particularly happy with how comfortable his brand new shoes were and he loved wearing them, until the loops that hold the elastic lacing mechanism broke. It is only October and these are name-brand shoes that were purchased in late August. I know kids are tough on shoes, but I felt they should have lasted longer than 2 months. Today I took the broken shoes back to the store (I had somehow miraculously saved the receipt inside the shoe box in my son's closet). The owner was there and he replaced the shoes with a similar pair of the same high-quality brand with no questions asked. When my son put on the new pair he found they were a bit too tight, so the owner gave us the next size up at no additional cost. Now that is what I call great service. Thanks, Lark Shoes!
