This business' website says they are open until 5:30pm M-F. I got there at 5:00pm on a Friday after pushing through 45 minutes of rush hour traffic. They had already closed. Why have a website if you aren't willing to maintain something as basic as your hours on it?

Absolute worst customer service. Asked for a box to look at the packaging and the employee or owner said I can only grab it if you buy it... That person should never be in a customer service environment.

We used this shipping store on a holiday as nothing else was open. It was a lil spendy, but our case of wine got to Minnesota in a timely fashion and each bottle was separately wrapped in bubble wrap and not a bottle was broken! The man that helped us was kind. No complaints!
