Had a wonderful experience with Amazing Grace. The prices are great and the service I brought in my bass for a restring and got a neck alignment, board wipe down, and a restring. All for $30 Everything was done well. I even got a call explaining about the free neck alignment and why I needed it. Had my bass sounding great, very helpful and friendly, and they even stayed open a little late to let me pick it up. Amazing service, 5 stars. Highly recommended

In summary: best of the best and highly recommended!!!! My unusual string instrument arrived from overseas with a broken headstock. I contacted various other stores and luthiers for repair but to no avail. They either don't work on unfamiliar instrument, they can only do a partial repair, the wait is too long, or the cost is too high. Very thankful to Schoenberg Guitars for referring me to Amazing Grace as a trusted store that can deal with all sorts of string instruments. Sure enough, the owner (John) recognized the instrument right away (I was very impressed) and done a great job repairing it in a reasonable time and cost. I couldn't be any happier with the results. As an extra bonus, the store has very interesting instruments that made it fun to browse around.

I dropped my precious ukulele and thought it was a goner. John lovingly made it whole--better than new! John and Judy are the embodiment of amazing! Also professional, kind, patient, and Covid-compliant. Love this place!
