was promised $1250 to transport my car and by 3 days. was contacted and told $1600 to move it so a bait and switch. They are full of crap on price pickup and delivery. Had to use another service which caused a huge delay since I was lied to. Waiting on $50 refund but told them I would do a charge back for fraud if they did not refund and also would contact bbb. Avoid this company at all cost.Avoid this company ata all cost. They promise everything and deliver nothing.

They don't pay their subcontractors and drivers. They say that they will dispatch for QUICK payment and after 35 days your payment will be processed next week. They print the checks and keep them on their desks for 2 weeks. then they send it mail the cheapest post. For some reason, checks always gets stuck in a problem and it becomes impossible for you to get paid. I am still waiting for the check-in for the quick payment I made for 35 days ago !!!!

My moving experience with Direct Auto express has been very poor. I called when after 12 days, my order still had not been scheduled for pick up. I found out that the order had not been placed correctly. They said they called me to correct the mistake, but for them to call me once during working hours and then to never email/communicate further is unacceptable. It left me thinking my car was going to be delivered on time, when it was not. I asked if they would be willing to help me expedite it given that it was not my fault they did not inform me that they needed more information, and they said no. A truly awful customer service experience - I guess they were just planning on never letting me know the order went wrong just because I couldn't pick up that one phone call. Calling one time during working hours is not even close to adequate contact. I was not sent A SINGLE EMAIL OR TEXT. I do not even have voicemail set up on my cell phone, so it would be impossible for you to have left a message. Please improve your customer service.

Don't waste your time. These guys are rude and not helpful. No idea where they're getting their 5 Star ratings from. Avoid them like the plague!!!!

Picked up my cars in California and delivered them in Arizona within and an hour of me stepping off the plane. Great service. Will use them again.

Working with this company was the biggest waste of my time. They do not have reliable transportation vendors and are both unprofessional- the company and their vendors. Since booking with them it was a nonstop headache. This biggest issue was communication the business and their vendors, then they couldn't find a reliable enough vendor to actually commit to picking up my car so I was bounced around from company to company. Save yourself the headache. The price seemed appealing but they couldn't pull off the actual service. The service was cancelled and like I mentioned with the communication issue-- the vendor called me 3 hours later after ignoring me the entire day and missing their pick up time. I just referred them back to the company. I ended up going bk to Roadrunner who was my first choice and they got the job done within 1 hour. I'll just leave that there. Do with it what you wish.

The worst experience I've ever had in moving a car. They dropped the car in front of my house and it immediately started leaking fluid from all the bumps and poor service during delivery. It cost me over $800 to get it fixed and when I asked them to support the damage they told me to go pound sand. Be very cautious with using this company for any of your business or auto transport needs

That's specifically why your service sucks azz!!!! You response does too! I was looking for a transport company, considered you and decided after READING THE REVIEWS, NOT TO PATRONIZE YOUR BUSINESS! I got my car transported from the north to the south by a great company that I have referred to 3 other people and they all used them!!!! It's shid like that, that makes the difference! Keep sucking azz and getting lame reviews, s****** *1 star so I can hit "Post Review*

I ordered service 6/27/2019 to have my vehicle transported from WA to UT. It was assigned for transport on 7/09/2019. I have my car on 7/11/2019 and it is working fine and has not a scratch on it. I did have quite the wait to get it assigned but I do understand that it takes a while to find a driver headed on this route. I was patient. If someone is dependent upon getting it fast, you would need to pay for the faster service. I got the economical service and am ok with my results. My driver was very personable and careful and helpful. He drove from Renton, WA to Utah County and had more than my vehicle. I was appreciative of his positive attitude and professionalism. I'm very pleased with the service. I did give four stars because of the statement of when my vehicle would be assigned not lining up with what actually happened but overall, I'm very pleased with this transaction.

Jann and his mechanics have always been honest and smart and, without a doubt, they are the best that I have ever found. I've been going there with all kinds of cars for a very long time, and I promise, these mechanics are exceptional, and never, ever over charge. Alison in San Anselmo 6m ago

The owner blames the reviewing service, and not his actions that resulted in the poor reviews. DUDE. Blame shifting is your career. Thank you YELP for providing such an amazing job of informing the public.

I'm going out of my way to give them 5 stars, to help counter those who don't understand how the auto shipping industry works. In my case, I chose the cheapest (standard) rate, and lucked out: I got a driver in about 2 days, who picked up the car another 2 days later. I saved about $700 over what the out-of-state car dealer wanted. The reason people give 1 star is because it takes a long time before their order is assigned a driver. That's just how the industry works. Drivers look for cars in the area they are driving to/from, and if the price is right, they take it. It may take a few hours, a few, days, or longer. Ultimately, if the price is too low, nobody will take it; if the price is too high, it will get picked up pretty quickly. There are only a few things that brokers can do to speed things up. The main way is to offer more money (but note that you may not know if that extra money goes to the broker, or the driver -- if the broker keeps it, it doesn't speed things up). They can also contract with more "boards" to attract a few more drivers. Or they can suggest you meet the driver closer to a major route. But there isn't much else a different broker can do to speed things up. The only thing that concerned me (aside from the low Yelp reviews) is that the company responds to Yelp reviews in a negative way (yikes!). But saving $700 was worth it to me.

I am posting this for a friend who has been everywhere in Marin for repairs to an older chevy van. All Auto has saved the day for him many times. He is a 60 yr fairfax native and has little good to say about local shops...except this one! his vision is bad so thats why I am helping out here. I too will take my old jeep there for some repairs soon and will update this.

Courtney Jonson has been a part of my life for over a decade. I first went to her with energy and sleep issues while being a young mom and she quickly turned these things around after testing hormone levels and gut with great testing. She taught me about nutrition, anti inflammatory foods and the wave of the future: functional testing and functional medicine. When I went into a major health crisis years later, she was by my side testing once again what mainstream doctors refused to even look at. She never gave up on me nor did she ever give up hope. Courtney was, and still is , way ahead of the game: she uses labs that are now considered more mainstream than not and protocols that will help you get back to the best " you".Hormonal balancing, gut issues, food allergies which you may not even realize you have, adrenal or stress issues, are some of the basics but digging deeper into the causes behind your issues vs just slapping a band aid on a symptom is what Courtney is an expert on. She is super knowledgeable, direct and no nonsense but will guide you gently every step of the way back to good health.

Very bad experience. Car was supposed to be picekd up on the 31st. 5 days later I called to see where the car was? Hasn't even been PICKED UP YET!!!! I get some lame excuse from their carrier "oh our motor blew".. called them 2 days later "oh we lost the paperwork.. we're picking up tomorrow" call again and they STILL haven't picked up. I ended up speaking to the owner and holy crap does this guy need lessons in business. This car NEEDED to be to me a week ago. Their website says "90% of orders take 1-4 days for Delivery." And I say yo the owner "so wait After my car is sitting there for a week and a half I'm expected to pay full rice?" He goes "I don't work for free." Well no one asked him to work for FREE, but it would be nice if YOUR company cleaned up the mess YOU made. Do we think you should work for free? Actually in my businesses, when I make a mistake and it's my error, yes, I WILL offer my customers money back, even if it's at a loss to me. Working for Free wouldn't even be enough to satisfy how many problems they caused by this car not being here on time. If they delivered this car for free the fact that it was THIS late has caused SEVERE problems for me. Any time you do Business with someone your life should be slightly better due To that transaction. You pay someone $100 because you value their service more than the $100 in your pocket. My life is significantly worse having dealt with this company. If you're a customer? Don't do business with this company. If you're a business owner? Treat your Customers right or Else they go on yelp and tell people exactly what happened. The whole world is a small town these days.
