For a small grocery store in a tiny rural town, they have good variety, reasonable prices, and friendly service. The butcher shop is unique and hard to find elsewhere. I like buying the exact quantity I need and also having a butcher who can accommodate requests like cutting a whole chicken in pieces.

Wonderful, historic country store offering as fine a meat selection and fresh produce as you'll find anywhere! Butchers John, Lane, Darren, and retired Don (who retired at 83!! is now tending his cattle herds.) bend over backwards to please. Being an aged woman, I am 70 and a Navy widow, it's great to be treated to my groceries being taken to my car each time so I can save my LOL energy for unloading it at home! :) I must also add that the hardware store downstairs is brilliant! The young man down there is absolutely terrific to deal with, a true gentleman, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend, this store and it's fine staff.

I was looking for coconut water for my sick grandson. I had called and asked if they carried it and they said yes, so I stopped in. I looked for it myself, and could not locate it so I asked a gentleman who was stocking the shelves who was very nice to me. He couldn't find it either and another gentleman intervened and said it's right back there in the cold box. He also said, I'm the one you spoke to when you called. He said it very grumpy and very rude. I said OK I didn't know that. He turned around and walked off. I said, thank you. Have a nice day. This is an older gentleman, so it can't be blamed on a new generation! I just don't get it. Does the customer have no value any longer? I put the coconut water back, and I will find somewhere else to get it. Hopefully a place that welcomes me and appreciates my money.

Had a mishap today at the hardware store and locked my keys in the car. Luckily, my back window still had crash wrap from a while ago. After ripping that off & sliding through the back, Greg (Awesome Human) helped me apply fresh plastic with Gorilla tape in the rain. He went above and beyond & the window is now in a better condition than when I left for town and it only took 20 mins instead of waiting hours for AAA or a friend to show. THANK YOU to Greg, my lifesaver & to Treat's Ace Hardware for having him on the team.

LOVE MY LOCAL GROCERY STORE! Ya, sometimes I pay more than I would if I drove to Walmart or Safeway. But not having to leave town is often a better choice.

Treats has that old fashion meat case. Butcher will slice it anyway ya want it. Hardware's downstairs. My only complaint is their hours! Close to soon. Needs to be an hour longer. 8pm!
