When I had them work on my pc's They always did quality work ? And when I had them upgrade one I had it worked so much better, definetly the best place to get work done for technology in my opinion :) I would totally go again! 10 put of 10 stars

Less than a month ago I needed repair services for our PC, headphones for tv, wi fi issues, etc. The tech was polite and tried to be helpful. In some instances he was helpful with some e mail issues, but also didn't seem knowledgeable about all aspects within e mail, very helpful with resetting wi fi, not at all helpful with importing pictures from i phone to pc ( allegedly, he's been researching this issue for last 3 weeks ), etc. He is mostly non responsive to inquiries. After working on our PC, my volume icon no longer worked, among other issues which developed at that time too. Coincidence? I've had to seek additional assistance from another PC repair service and after extensive work they were able to resolve the outstanding issues. I would not recommend this vendor to any of my associates.

Unlike last review did not have great customer service. Dropped off computer and five guys standing around up front. Person checking in my computer didn't seem to know what he was doing. Was advised ready in one day for tune up. Next day no call. Called second day and no password was written down, even though the guy asked me and wrote it down. Not much was explained as far as what was found or done just that it will work faster now. Really seems the same to me. Not going back.

Took my phone to get it fixed made it worse ended up having to pay Apple $300 for a replacement ?
