Complete rip off. The lady in the office is very rude and unprofessional. After removing my items they continued to charge me for storage and a lein for items I didn't have in the unit. I called to discuss the incident with the office staff the lady began yelling and screaming like a child. She would not even calm down to talk rationally. Beware of their fraudulent charges and refusal to work with anyone to resolve the issue.
