Worst app any company can offer, you go into the app and then it takes you out of the app when you want to add something. The app never loads. Worst app ever. I’ve used this company for 6 years and it’s pretty disgusting to see a Multi billion dollar company that can’t even fix and maintain an app

COMCAST IS HORRIBLE!! THE CALL CENTERS IN INDIA IS THE WORST. I AM PAYING FOR 1000 MEGS OF INTERNET AND I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN ANY BETTER THAN 525 MEGS WHILE PAYING FOR 1000. I HAVE CONTACTED COMCAST OVER 10 TIMES OVER THE LAST 1 1/2 ABOUT THIS PROBLEM AND THEY HAVE NOT FIXED IT EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE SENT OUT TECHS MORE THAT 5 TIMES. COMCAST HAS A MONOPOLY IN THE AREA THAT I LIVE IN AND AT&T EITHER CAN NOT GET IN. CITIES ARE CUTTING DEALS WITH COMCAST AND HOME BUILDERS SO THAT THAT HOMES ARE WIRED FOR COMCAST ONLY!! I AM LOOKING AT GETTING LEGAL HELP TO RECOVER THE MOENY I HAVE PAID AND NOT RECIEVED THE SERVICE THAT WAS PROMISED TO US.

Brandon Shade is the one to go to. He helped me set up my new phone service and get new watches. 10/10 would go to him again! Fun and exciting experience! Highly recommended you go to Brandon in the Salinas Northridge Mall location.

Brandon Schade (or Schads) is the best customer service specialist!!He made sure he asked the right answers so I explained what I need for my work and school for my computer and other devices. He gave me the directions on my xfinity app to activate the gateway. He did say it takes 15 min to connect everything. It works!!Much better than my arris own modem. Highly recommended to Brandon!! Yes he is super friendly!! Nice environment too. Value? It is fair when I requested lot of things because of my work and school. He updated my plans on agreement

This Xfinity store is absolutely amazing! I live in Marina so we used to drive to the Xfinity store that was by blackbear diner in Monterey when they ended up closing that store we would just call to take care of our problems. But I ended up going to the Sand City Xfinity store not realizing they are not Xfinity workers. It’s a third-party store got horrible service and they messed up on my account. Thank God for the workers at the Salinas Xfinity store because they were some of the ones that’s worked at the xfinity store that was by black bear diner. I was greeted immediately I was helped immediately, and my problem was taken care of immediately.My family has been with Xfinity since they were Comcast and before that pack bell that was 1959. So it was really nice to get help the correct way and not having to deal with chaos like I did at the Sand City store. If you’re reading my review please don’t go to the Sand City store they are third party store and they’re not even Xfinity workers.Thanks again to the Salinas store for fixing my problem I’ll definitely be back!

In my experience the customer service here has been great! I've been in a few times recently and I can tell you I would not be a customer if it wasn't for this particular store. A rep by the name of Roman, was very helpful in setting up my iPhone and Apple watch.I tried going into Sand City a couple days ago and it felt like the store was run by a bunch of high school kids. They were hanging out and not wanting to work at all. When one of the reps tried to help, he had no idea what he was doing. The phone service was an even worse experience.

I feel that the service that is being offered is very faulty and tends to shut off more often than it should and I am not fond of paying for a product that turns off when electricity is still functional
