Zero stars. Tried to go in here and there were plenty of employees just standing around but nobody would help. The banker and manager were standing right there and I just stood there completely ignored. Not a single person even greeted me. If there are more employees in the branch than customers, somebody should be able to help you, or at least acknowledge you exist. Wells Fargo is terrible and they have just gotten worse over the years.

I've been coming to this Prunedale branch for almost 2 decades and have always had a pleasant experience UNTIL recently. I came in to make a withdrawal and Dominik, one of the tellers was too lazy to write out my slip. Now, I've worked at a bank and understand that doing that is a courtesy and not required however, I did it anyway. The fact that the young ladies have always done it for my family and I, no questions asked is what bothers me. I even told him that I've NEVER been asked to do that and he just shrugged it off as if it wasn't his problem. I took my ID and left and will probably avoid this branch like the plague. Moral of the story, hire people who actually want to work. There are people who would kill for that job. Do it right or step aside!

Closed. Why they can't bother to update their yelp listing on their Google listing, I have no idea. It just speaks to everything else I have found about this bank.

I could't ask for a better bank to do my business, conveniently located in the heart of Prunedale, it is a friendly polite staff and welcoming bank. But the crown jewel of this place would be the teller Ricardo, he helps me every time i go there and do my banking needs, answers all my questions in a profesional and polite manner, is well versed in his job code, and always has a smile and go getter attitude. I always go there and look for him to my business. Outstanding employee. 10/10.

Trash, spent 30 minutes of my lunch waiting in line to cash a check. Some large guy that works there called me over to his window but something was wrong with his computer. Instead of letting go to the next available teller, they let the next few people behind me go ahead and told me to wait again. I didn't want to be late to work so I left. I opened an account at Chase as soon as I was off.
