My Grandson is trying to open a checking account so his paycheck can be automatically deposit, good luck, they are to understaffed to help new customers, he could make an appointment in Aptos for the 19th, lol you got to be kidding, offer no appointments in a timely manner. Their hours are so restricted that he would have to take time off of his new job, to open an account with them. He needs an account now, payroll is on the 15th of January.

Chronically ridiculously understaffed. Two tellers with twenty people in line avoid if you can it's always the same.

Will have a line going around the bank with 5 tellers on duty but only 2 actively helping customers.

Pull all your money out of this bank. Went to deposit my mother's stimulus card into her account and they said she needs to be there to do it. My mother is in a skilled nursing facility so she can go anywhere. I had the card, PIN number and my name is also on the account. The manger told me that I'll have to speak with government about issuing a new card or check. You just can't fix stupid. Twiddle Dee and very twiddle d*** d***

I visited Wells Fargo today and was EXTREMELY unhappy. I recently lost my wallet with my id and Visa card. I needed a cashiers check so I presented my passport. Ruby acted as if she never seen a passport and repeatedly asked my questions. I offered to give me accoAunt number but she continued to try to ask me other identifying personal information which I explicated told her I was uncomfortable sharing. I chose to end my interaction with Ruby and went to Jennifer. She quickly took my account number and passport and assisted d me. Jennifer was exceptional and I thank her for that. Ruby was rude, unprofessional and condescending.

DONT VISIT THIS BRANCH IT HAS HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, I would leave 0 stars if possible. Every visit to this branch has been horrible. I always am greeted with poor service and bad attitude from management. Last Friday I went in to cash my paycheck and as always it's a huge hassle. I was not happy with the way management was treating me. I was asked by an employee how everything was going and I stated horrible. He then asked why ?, I said this banks service sucks... he then walked away after checking the computer screen I was being helped at. As I came into work today my boss told me he had received a call from the bank saying I was rude and if it continues I won't be helped anymore... I really can believe someone from this branch would call a customers employer to complain about me. I honestly feel like it's harassment and will be following up with a formal complaint. This is no way to treat your customers I am extremely upset and feel as if the manager has a personal issue with me.the worst part one of the managers Miguel encourages this behavior from his staff... very inappropriate behavior coming from the management staff!

Visiting this branch today to make a deposit the line had more than 15 persons it's 5:05pm and from the 7 employees working there was only 2 registers open. I should have gone to my normal bank on Natividad rd. They are faster and more work oriented. Still in line waiting.

I had a very disappointing customer service experience at this branch relating to a long hold placed on an insurance check I had deposited. The branch manager made numerous inconsistent statements, suggesting he was powerless to do anything, but then making other statements indicating he could do something but simply did not want to. Even if the former was true, which seems unlikely, I would remain disappointed in the failure to provide a coherent explanation. I will not be frequenting this branch in the future.

Never really had any issues with this bank or the staff. Removed a star due to not having better parking Everything else is just like any other Wells Fargo bank I have been to before.

Literally the worst service I have ever had at a bank. After 15min of standing in the only line with people(no sign's posted) another line forms. Mind you this whole time everything is moving at a snails pace. I FINALLY make it to the front, and am told they can't help me as this is the "business" line. The lady has clearly seen me standing there for the last 20 min, LONG before anyone ever gathered to make another line. She tells me it would be "unfair" knowing full well I have been here longer that anyone in the other line. So, I move to the back of the other line, she then takes the next person in the non business line after lying to my face. So after 45 minuets I am finally on my way. I will never return. By far the rudest service I have ever had.

Staff is friendly and try to be helpful, but I've found that they are quick to offer a solution before truly understanding the nature of the issue, which ultimately means it takes longer. Being such a huge bank means that they don't have a lot of flexibility to meet customers' needs. I'm using them for a business account and unfortunately it's been one hassle after the next.
