They sure need to hire new tellers. It is ridiculous to see the line with over 15 people and only two tellers. Evertime I come to this location, it has long lines and no customer service representatives. Very disappointed!! I'm not the owner of the business or else I would've changed banks already.

They need to put more people at the teller windows, they literally make people wait in a long line which goes outside the building with only 2 window open.

First of all they closed another branch permanently and now I have to drive 10 minutes to this bank just to find out that they don't have a merchant line. How ridiculous is this. I don't have time to be standing in line. I have business to run not a bank.

HORRIBLE!! Bank does not give out temporary debit cards so you must wait 5-7 days to get card replaced....makes no sence to not have access to my money for 7 days.

This is the worst Wells Fargo. You will end up waiting forever just to have them close the window on you. The people who work there are phenomenally slow and don't care. I'm switching banks completely.

Waited 30 minutes in line. I have a business account and have to open my store at a specific time. The rent a cop is rude and arrogant. The staff is slow and have no sense of tempo or customer service. If I didn’t have to bank here.. I wouldn’t..

If your looking to wait extra long, have a horrible experience, be insulted, and leave each time scratching your head on why you still bank with them.....this is the bank for you! From the parking lot to the employees, the branch is straight up fifthy! The parking lot is filled with drug users and street vendors. So if you need meth and flowers head on over to this bank they got a criminal here waiting to serve you up! The whole staff at the branch struggle to effectly speak with any sort of pride or professionalism. When asking a direct question, I expect a direct answer, not umm's and likes, those aren't answers. Literally probably be better off buying a safe!

Worst customer service... I was assisted by the bank teller named " Monique " today, I asked her question about my account and she gave me a rolling eyes Yes a rolling big eye balls then gave me answer to my question...unfriendly person...unprofessional! Will not be coming back to that branch
