Veronica bank teller is rude to say the very least. She literally said, "What else do you need." She also stated, what account do you want it in and actually reading the amount on my account out loud with other customers next to us. This branch needs desperate training. Unbelievable.

This bank is all over the place. Zero consiatency with tellers and bank hours. Website says open when its not. Tellers are slowww and lines are long no matter what time someone tries to go. Having 2 tellers during peak hours is ridiculous. Ready to change who I bank with.

Clueless staff… In need of desperate training before handling money and customers. Incompetent employees that cannot answer a single question so the bank manager had to come assist employee Adrian which was just as frustrating! Neither one could answer a question. Adrian was clueless but at least not rude like his manager. Simple policy question and neither could answer… if the manager doesn’t know policy I’m sure none of the staff will. I will not return to the deer in headlights bank

Worthless bank. I can't do any account activity because of a system upgrade. Unbelievable for such a huge bank. You scamming worthless bank can go f*** yourselves. Switching over to chase. Gave you years of service and this is how you repay us. F*** you.

While paying for our groceries at the register that directly faces the tellers my husband overheard giggling coming from that area. When he turned that way he realized and overheard the two heavy set female tellers one very fair skinned the other with straight black hair talking and laughing at us (I only mention their physical appearance so that people know who I’m referring to hopefully their manager reads this) not only is it unprofessional and unethical but it’s flat out rude! Not only will be filing a formal complaint to Wells Fargo and Safeway headquarters but we refuse to bank there from now on.

Have gone to this bank a few times this is probably the worst one in Salinas. Horrible staff they never mind the customers takes too long & a bunch of them are usually standing around talking about their personal life & etc. Usually just 2 tellers open sometimes 3 if u get lucky otherwise they are pretty slow. Only nice person there & always has been is the mexican girl w/curly blonde hair she always greets & has a smile other then that i give this bank a thumbs down. I would give no stars but didnt allow me to do so

I was shopping at Safeway, I had $2 in coins all silver no pennies I wanted to cash in. The snotty teller acted like I was interrupting her conversation with her fellow employee. When she found out I didn't have a Wells Fargo account she was happy to tell me she couldn't do it. Are you kidding? It's not like I brought in a bucket of pennies. It was $2!!!! In quarters dimes and nickels. I will never have a Wells Fargo account now, and my wife will be closing hers today. Ridiculous!
