This location disables their ATM’s at night. Theres another wells fargo 2 blocks away that has 24 hr access to their ATM’s without restrictions like this one.

Not even busy and the staff is talking to each other (non work related conversation). The 10mins I was waiting in line 3 customers walked out and myself.

Miguel Cruz-Bartolo is the best personal banker that we have ever worked with. We have been to many banks in the Monterey County in the past 15 years that I've lived here. He explained to us in detail and he was very patient to listening to our concerns. We felt very comfortable during our visit at this Wells Fargo branch. We will recommend him to all our friends and family members.

Bank here if you just want to stand and rot. Also you can watch the manager walk back and forth for a whole hour doing nothing. They get fatter everytime I come back.

Horribly understaffed, I get it. Everyone is understaffed, but lunch hours are 11 am to 3 pm Monday thru Friday. You have weekends closed, and you can staff accordingly? This makes no sense, I won't be banking here in the future. Maybe pay people to hire more staff.

Closed on Saturdays...really? Only branch open in Salinas on Saturday's...that don't seem right or fair for us customers.

The customer service at this bank is horrible. I recently went there to withdraw cash from my account. I usually use the ATM, however, I need some of the withdrawal in smaller denominations. I waited in line for a longer time than I thought necessary. There was a customer at the window till she left then I went to the window . The person told me that he could not help me, and, that I would have to wait for a teller....... THERE WERE NO TELLERS AT ANY WINDOW!!!! This bank has become a horrible place to handle your money accounts. I carry a large amount of cash in my accounts. I am ashamed to admit that I have put my trust in this bank for the last 54 years. How can this be their least busy time? It's difficult to hear everyone who enters behind me gasp and grouse when they see the line.A teller needed help and hailed the manager. Once done helping that transaction the manager did open a third window.15 people in line waiting 30 minutes each is about two person-days effort per hour they're extorting from their customers. We should expect better; they make extreme profits off of our money.

20 people in line.. outside..waiting to get in, not sure how many inside. Hot weather, slow line ,only saw 2 or 3 tellers acrive, only back door is open for entry

Can someone tell the security guy to be nicer... He never speaks! I say hello/thanks/good bye and nothing... He so grouchy. Need to practice better customer service. I wonder if he really likes his job...

I frequent this location for a business account and I am very frustrated to say the least with this and all other locations of Wells Fargo. First complaint about all Wells Fargo is they always take care of regular customers before merchant. I find this to be unfair as we merchant customers were in line before they arrive and merchant teller will put us after helping customers from the regular line they are they’re on their own time for their own personal banking we are on the clock and have a business to get back to run employers are not always happy with how long an employee is gone because they believe there is a merchant line to accommodate us . Second is the managers are usually just standing around when they can be helping at busy times instead they go down the line asking each customer what they are therefore I find this to be rude and inappropriate I don’t find it necessary to announce to the entire bank with my business is for the day after the managers asked this nothing is offered so pointless on top of everything
