My Grandson is trying to open a checking account so his paycheck can be automatically deposit, good luck, they are to understaffed to help new customers, he could make an appointment in Aptos for the 19th, lol you got to be kidding, offer no appointments in a timely manner. Their hours are so restricted that he would have to take time off of his new job, to open an account with them. He needs an account now, payroll is on the 15th of January.

This has got to be the worst experience ever. I have been coming here for weeks and it just keeps getting worst. They have 2 tellers and 3 guys that are just standing around d in the back. Meanwhile there are 17 people in line. I am going g to talk to my e.ploer and please with them to switch banks . This is a joke.

I my personal and professional experience, I have consistently found Wells Fargo to have horrible customer service. You would think that with all the fees they charge they would afford to to hire more staff. It’s horrible that callers can not get through to a banker over the phone to schedule an appointment to deposit funds into a court ordered blocked account and confirm what will be needed at the time of deposit so the appointment is successful and doesn’t need to be rescheduled. Professionally unacceptable.

Visited this Wells Fargo bank branch because I had a few questions about banks and them dealing with damaged currency and if they had any type of exchange available or if contacting some kind of united states official department that deals with that sort of thing.

Location is constantly under staffed. Middle of the day, on a weekday and they have one teller. It's really unacceptable and shows they don't care (not staff there but whoever is a higher up that allows this to happen). They also lock the doors so you can only enter on one side which is also frustrating. I bank many places and Wells truly is one of the worst.

Wow! I see a lot of bad reviews.. oh well! Appointments available like in 3-4 months ridiculous!! BEWARE!! Because the website does not say if your late 12-15 your appointment is canceled….JUST FYI…and of course complaining does not help cause nothing is really done. ZERO STRESS!

Merchant customer every time I come to this office I always am last to be help, line are separated and the customer and new customers always go first while Merchant customers are forced to wait, terrible location and female cashiers, don't give the proper change always have to tell them they are sort, and its always change under 1 dollar. Wells Fargo need to audit this store asap

Pull all your money out of this bank. Went to deposit my mother's stimulus card into her account and they said she needs to be there to do it. My mother is in a skilled nursing facility so she can go anywhere. I had the card, PIN number and my name is also on the account. The manger told me that I'll have to speak with government about issuing a new card or check. You just can't fix stupid. Twiddle Dee and very twiddle d*** d***

I didn't know it was a two line event.I was told to step back .nothing explained....as people cut in front on me.i had to get back in line .only one customer ask me go ahead of him.which was great.but I didnt...i let it go..maybe wells fargo should explain their rules. What waste of my time
